closed rooftop for no reason. they said due to rain… wasn’t raining. the inside was closed for no reason as well. wanted us to eat in lobby… made no accommodations for us. we are a bachelorette party of 7 and made reservations forever ago.. terrible

What truly made our visit exceptional was the staff, particularly Brian. He was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the evening. One member of our party has a food allergy, and Brian made sure their safety and comfort, which we greatly appreciated.
The food was fantastic as well—each dish was flavorful and beautifully presented. Streeterville Social is a must-visit if you're in the area. I can't recommend it enough!

Trust your reservations at your own risk. We had a large party that made a dinner reservation more than a week in advance and they tried to seat our group on sofas to eat our meal. The manager told us they could not promise a particular type of table but this was the only table that was knee-high in the entire place. The manager was dismissive and uninterested helping us have dinner anywhere but on our laps. There were several tables marked reserved, but making a reservation does not qualify you for one of those. She did offer an “alternative” of us getting out before the next group scheduled to arrive at a full sized table less than an hour later. We left. Totally unprofessional and untrustworthy.
We made reservations a week in advance. When we arrived, we were told that we didn’t have a table for our party of 8 , even though there were multiple empty tables. We were told those were for others, but even thought we had a dinner reservation, we could only sit on the lounge furniture. We asked to push tables together or use the large table that was reserved, but were told that was not an option. We were told they didn’t promise tables despite taking dinner reservations.

This rooftop has amazing food, upscale cocktails, and great views. The Octopus Tostada, Chicken Tempura Tacos, and Social Burger were flavorful and cooked perfectly. I highly recommend the Filthy Cherry cocktail if you like Makers Mark. Our server Dylan delivered exceptional service and made the meal special for us. Will be visiting again!

Made reservations for 5:45 for myself and my two children (12 and 7). We arrived 10 minutes early and were seated at a table marked “reserved”
We were given menus and waters and then we sat there for the next 40 minutes without anyone acknowledging us.
We got up to leave and almost immediately a sever started clearing the water glasses and menus from our table. I told the hostess of the issue and we were given an apology and we left disappointed.

Food is fair (some stuff good, some average) but not worth the price tag. I get that we pay for the outdoor terrace setting and view etc, but price tag is still not justified. Portions for shareables extremely small. Drinks were diluted with too much ice and weak. Additionally, they are not family-friendly - they would not allow my children to walk around much or touch the rocks in the garden area. Felt they were judgmental to us as parents (not sure why, the kids were playing harmlessly and we were watching them). They need to realize that this is not good customer service. Will never return.
