Incredible customer service. My partner and I called ahead to ask about their 10 year anniversary ramen, as I had once ordered it before for take-out during lunch and it came without the beef rib, and I wanted to make sure that they still had some available. The woman who answered the phone assured me that they still had beef ribs available, and so I then thanked her and told her I would place the order online. She asked me what my name was, as to keep an eye on the order once...
We just needed a bite but this time we thoroughly enjoyed what we bit off. In a small mall off a busy street we had no trouble parking or getting a table (I hope that changes bc people should be flocking here to try the incredible ramen on other delights. The menu itself was an engaging experience. These are “strings” you’ll want to enjoy time and again.
Their vegetarian Kinoko mushroom ramen is really good! Highly recommend. Also, if you can get to try the Anniversary one - also really tasty!
Only reason I give them 4 stars is because they jumped on the wagon with the gloves. No serious chefs/cooks or staff wears gloves.
