I went with four colleagues after work to celebrate two birthdays. All was fine until it was time to pay the bill.

Earlier when ordering, our main server told us that we could pay the single bill with our individual credit cards. However, when we tried to pay the bill, the manager or host said we could not do that. Our bill was over $250, and there were few diners in the restaurant. We all knew how much we owed, so the transaction could have been processed quickly. But the woman at the counter just refused.

She also had a very difficult time giving us 4 containers for the left-over cake. I would say that she was very inhospitable.

Finally, one of us put the total bill on a card, and we venomed her. After all the fuss, the restaurant charged us another $10 for using the card! For $10, it seems like we could have used all our cards.

The food was good enough, and we had a good time, but the woman’s lack of hospitality soured the experience. I would have a very difficult time going back there, when there are a plethora of restaurants on the surrounding blocks.

Last night was the last time I will ever go back. New management should've kept the cook. Food is not like it was with the old owners, and it more expensive. If the new owners haven't noticed that people aren't coming in, it's because the food is not the same as a few months ago.

Authentic food and plenty of it. Prices very reasonable. Horchata was made from scratch in house. Waitstaff was attentive. Good for family or a date.

I came in on a Sunday night, and it was very slow in the restaurant, but after my experience there, I have ZERO clue why this place was empty. It was super cold outside, and they gave me a bowl of chicken noodle soup while I waited for my to go order. It was so thoughtful and so comforting!! I got a carne asada torta with french fries, and it was a 10/10 for me. The fries were a generous portion, super crispy, and perfectly salted. The torta was beautiful, with a LOT of meat, and the bread was perfect.

It's a bit of a walk away for me, but the excellent customer service combined with excellent food is so worth it to me!

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a slight step up from the parking lot to the door, but I believe there is a small ramp or incline next to the front door. There are two doors to get inside, and neither open automatically or have an access button. However, once inside, there are both booths and tables that can be rearranged without issue.

1st time was good, second was good but they charged me $58 for a $22 meal. I’m guessing the waitress applied her own tip to my card. Today I went back I ordered veggie fajita and all it came with was onions and broccoli when it usually has bell peppers and potatoes, the waitress should’ve told me they were out of items when I ordered. I won’t be back

Food is overpriced for the little amount they give you. And it’s not even good half the time. Several times I’ve received burnt or not even cooked food. I feel like have these reviews are fake because I’ve eaten here several times and it’s always been like this for me and several others I know. If you want to pay $30 for 6 pieces of shrimp, a spoonful of rice and a spoonful of salad be my guest. Never coming here again.

Ordered steak quesadillas takeout and was pleasantly surprised. The sauces were packed with flavor.

Omg the alpastor was ok they put big pieces of onions in it and I had a steak torta which had no flavor won't be going bk there
