The place is very expensive, the foods nothing special. He cuts your meatballs in half, for the meatballs sandwich. And the owner isn't friendly. He kinda blows people off, when you speak to him. His workers have better customer service skills than he does.

I went in and the lady was rushing me to order when nobody was even there. So I just walked out. She was like are yous ready and I said no since I had just got there and was standing no where near the register. 10 seconds go by and she said are you gonna order or not. The workers are always rude and charge you for the wrong thing and when you tell them they basically say it is what it is and they are not going to refund you. I never got me refund til this day.

Can a Business Charge Fees for Paying with a Debit Card?
Unlike credit cards, it is against Visa's and Mastercard's surcharging policies if a business adds a fee when a customer pays with a debit card. Several states explicitly ban the practice as well. The reason for this restriction is due to the significantly lower processing fees of debit cards. In fact, due to the Durbin Amendment of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, the processing fee for most debit cards is capped at 0.05% and 5-cents a transaction. If a business adds a 4% processing fee to such a sale, the difference is either going to the business as profit or to the business' card processor in the form of processing fee arbitrage, both of which or are card brand policy violations and a Federal crime. They charge you extra if you use a credit card
