Manager was rude AF I ordered a sandwich online she wouldn't let me select my veggies like where do they do that at every subway I've been to ask what would you like on it then she got an attitude when I asked for sauce which also comes with your sandwich definitely not coming back to this place

Prices went up 20-30% overnight at this location. It is $15.05 for a footlong - the same exact footlong 2 blocks away in west loop is $11.98. Been coming to this location for years and will not be coming back.
New employees (owners?) also severely undertoasted the sandwich (barely even warm).

charged me 17 for one footlong with patty. the worst worst worst subway. and employees were rude.. she was as yelling.

This was the worst Subway experience I’ve ever had! I strongly urge you not to visit. The cashier, told her self by “Lee,” made offensive remarks, saying derogatory things about Indians. It’s disappointing to see that ignorance and racism still exist today. I recommend that the owner of this Subway take action. This was truly one of the worst experiences of my life.
I’m begging you to not step foot in this Subway.

I was thoroughly impressed with the service and overall experience. The employees were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome right from the moment I walked in. The store was neat and well-organized, which made finding what I needed easy and enjoyable.
Horrible service by the “Manager”. She was a shorter lady with glasses and green highlights. After eating my food, she kicked me out at 2:30p because she said they had to “clean the store for 20-25min” during business hours and lock it down. When I asked if she would kick out 10 people at this time to clean, she said “no, just you”. I feel like this was racially motivated as she was very rude and kicked me out for no reason, even after I gave them a tip with my order! As I was talking to her, 2 customers walked in and I let her know that would be business she would be losing out on if they would be closed. When I asked for her name and owner name and number, she refused to provide the information and said “I don’t want to give it you” while she smirked and walked away. If this is truly the manager, I would hope the Owner reads these reviews and understands they are losing business due to her poor behavior and impromptu store closure during peak business hours. She is a liability and it seems this is the ongoing theme of this location based off the recent reviews. I passed by after writing this and she is just sitting at the front on the phone. Horrible customer service, spend your hard earned money elsewhere

Second time I have arrived during lunch time and the doors are locked. Your employees are still present when customers are requesting services outside. No organization for your employees at this location. If breaks are needed, have rotations. Your current staff are unprofessional and rude to customers. I will no longer be attending this subway. there is a Jimmy John's down the block with better service.

Literally the worst location to ever go. They waited until I placed my order, got to the register to tell me they didn’t have change to give me. Then expected me to be okay with paying $10 for a sandwich that was supposed to cost 7.82 because they didn’t have change. Workers always have a nasty attitude and are dismissive of customers. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE DONT GO HERE

Horrible experience, I visit the location approximately 2:32pm on 06/14/24. There were two ladies working. 1 Hispanic and 1 Arabian women’s. The Hispanic worker who had dark green highlights had a very rude attitude. I ask the worker can she reposition the cheese on my sandwich. Instead of it being crumble up all the corner of the sandwich, can she position it directly across the sandwich. She said “that’s how it’s made, and she not fixing it. If I want any accommodation I would have to pay for that sandwich and a new sandwich, for her inconvenience, definitely lacking good customer service. Also right after they lock the store up, I thought they close at 10pm, that’s what’s on google. It’s a strong NO.
