I experienced the best service in a long time. I was given great customer service from Neelam. During my short lunch hour she makes the service line go real fast daily for the last 6yrs with a great smile. I am super picky with my sandwich requests and she always makes sure its fresh and tasty. She is great at multitasking. She handles multiple clients at once, keeping them smiling and coming back, including me. Lastly, she is a great face for subway, and if she were my employee I'd give her a nice raise. I would give this place a zero if I could. Every single time you go here, it's a disappointment. And when you try to get the problem fixed, you're always met with the nastiest attitude. The only reason I go is because of the proximity from my job but I would rather walk 15 minutes somewhere else. Today was the last straw. I placed an order to pick up before heading to work. When I get there, the lady tells me they don’t have my bread right now but they’re making more but she made my sandwich on regular italian bread while I wait. I was okay with waiting but I needed to get to work so I asked how long would it take. To which another responded “you have to wait!” That was never the issue, I would just like to know when to come back. After 30 minutes, I come back and the bread is ready but when I try to leave the lady starts yelling that I need to pay for it. I remind her of my pick up order and she said I already got it. When I tell her her coworker said to keep it, she changed her story and says that was never the case. I had offered the first sandwich to a coworker so it wouldn’t go to waste so I only returned with half and the lady literally opens the seconds one up to give the the half. I’ve never seen anything like this truly. Haha, never again.

There is never parking, they serve poorly, they give you incomplete food, I asked for a salad and they didn't give me the bag of bread, I had to claim it so that they would give it to me, it's not worth it.

Been stopping here on the way back from school for a healthier option than the usual campus fare and the last behind the counter is sweet and efficient. Sandwich is good as usual.

Horrible experience, allowed people without masks and have seen sandwiches be stolen multiple times. The service is better than average and food is good but I prioritize my safety

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The holy grail of sandwiches. My mouth experiences true ecstasy when I experience their meatball subs. The fountain soda makes me cry tears of joy and their cookies have a fantastic melt in your mouth taste.
