I ordered an Italian veggie bread with cheese, onions, cucumber, tomatoes, jalapeños, and avocado toast, costing around $7—perfect for a light meal.

The taste was superb—the fresh veggies, creamy avocado, and spicy jalapeños blended beautifully with the melted cheese, making every bite a flavor explosion. The quality was impressive, with fresh ingredients that elevated the sandwich.

I just want to give a big shoutout to Lucy at Subway! She is always such a pleasure to talk to and consistently goes above and beyond when making my sandwiches. Every time she takes my order, I know it’s going to be a great lunch. She has this amazing way of making sure every ingredient is balanced—never too much sauce, lettuce, or anything else. Each bite is even, and I can actually taste every fresh ingredient.
I work in the same building, so it’s super convenient to run downstairs when I’m slammed with work. Honestly, I get so excited when I see Lucy is working because I know my lunch is in great hands. No soggy spinach, no questionable tomatoes—just fresh, crisp cucumbers and everything perfectly put together.
Thank you, Lucy, for always taking such care and pride in what you do. You truly make a difference in my day!

Horrible horrible food as soon as we finished eating we felt sick . Then I looked at my kids sandwiches and I was in it for a surprise. The spinach was literally rotten and saggy. See photos. Th grilled chicken is fake not real chicken

I ordered from an app and it’s been a while since I did that and we were with family and kinda in a rush and forgot to add ingredients in app but I was right there and told girl how we want our sandwich simple modifications takes 2 seconds and she refused and had an attitude and only one person spoke English which I really don’t care and I respect at least people working but girl was very rude claiming she’s manager and no wonder 3.8 reviews still a lot if you ask me and bread I asked toasted and it was like chewing a rubber which was worse bread ever had and probably worse subway I’ve ever been and I observed at least 3 customers upset and angry it’s such a shame that people argue with silly things with customers but this subway should have a better management you are representing city and neighborhood and lot of tourists comes and go with bad taste in their mouth I would have give no star but i wouldn’t be able to put review so there’s that

Female worker was so rude because I ordered on the app and forgot to add any sides on my turkey sandwich. She refused to add anything lettuce tomatoes etc and wrapped up a plain turkey sandwich with just bread. Then the guy in the back came out telling me to hurry up and get out the store when I was complaining about the sandwich and called me a B word. I have never had such bad service in my life. Of course I cancelled my ordered and will be calling corporate.

An African American male older gentleman came in and asked to use the bathroom and said, He will buy the food after.” They denied him access. He threw down money to prove he wasn’t trying to come in just to use the bathroom and still denied him service. Instead, the female worker went to the back to call the cops. Very shameful. Horrible customer service and discrimination. The workers need to be retrained in handling people with respect. I will address corporate with this issue.

I went here for veggie pizza… we were waiting in line and they were taking there sweet time..🕰️ after long time no greetings a guy came up and be like without asking anything he just going to serves us… but however we said pizza with veggie he didn’t put onions properly so my husband asked for more onions in a very rude we got response from him that they just put 6 piece of onions but other customer said just put that don’t make any fuss… so he did that and as like other subways they put shredded cheese on top. Also they charged us $9.79 for pizza so we asked it’s7.99 so why it went up so high. Cashier replied bcoz of extra cheesebut we didn’t ask for extra and they started conversation in their language and they changed it to $8 idk why but tbh i felt disrespected they better change their employees or they gonna lose the business.

The store is never cleaned. It has so many fruit flies. The 2nd shift manager always have a mug and assume every black person isn’t there to actually purchase food. Staff there 0/10
the worker yelled at me for having a service dog although i explained i had forgotten his vest and i was ordering to go. they only started yelling after i had paid and they withheld my food screaming that they could kick me out. i have been here multiple times and 7/10 times have a bad experience.
