I stopped by this subway on my way to do labs so i could eat afterwards. I had to fast and was already hungry. I ordered the steak and cheese on flatbread. This had to be the most anorexic flatbread I have ever seen. If you wanted to get veggies or whatever there was no room for it. I get it, things are expensive but whomever this franchisee is, he's cutting the corners way too much. I just know I would never order from this place again. And paid $7.59, almost $8 for this.I didn't see the option to add photos, if someone knows how please lat me know, thank you.

my friends and i went to this subway quite hungry and wanting to buy 6 sandwiches when we noticed the doors were locked. it was 10 o clock and the door said it didn't close until 12 and online said it doesn't close until 11. there were two employees in there staring at us and we asked them to unlock the door. one of them noticed and waved the other worker towards us to unlock the door but he refused. he continued to shake his head no and lose out on business AN HOUR before close. as a server, i understand closing early due to business, but the doors never locked until 15 minutes before our real closing time in case of potential customers. overall, i am quite disappointed and still hungry :/

We thought it would be a good experience. My grandchild and I went in and there were two employees cleaning. The man cleaning the glass off by the counter proceeded to go behind the counter to make our sandwiches, wiping his hands on the front of his pants in the process. He walked right past the sink, making absolutely no attempt to wash his hands, so I asked him to do so. This man went to the sink, put a single drop of soap on dry hands, turned the water on, let it run over his hands for about two seconds (no friction whatsoever), turned the faucet off, and dried his still germy hands.If I don't know ANYTHING else about food service, I know about hand washing. Clearly he didn't, and was actually offended when I asked him to repeat his hand washing, using the correct procedure. For two years, the country saw and heard information on how to properly wash our hands, to help prevent the spread of infection. Not just covid, but ALL infections is what handwashing helps prevent. Where was this guy when that information was being disseminated? He then slammed my receipt down on the counter after taking my money for the sandwiches.I would have given only one star here, but because the other employee, a lady, was very apologetic and accommodating when I requested the manager or the owner. She called the owner for me and allowed me to speak with this lady who was also very apologetic, understanding, and accommodating.Unfortunately, a lack of understanding of the importance of hand washing seems to be the norm in not just this Subway franchise, but in almost any Subway that I've ever patronized. Gloves do not take the place of washing one's hands. Ever.Do better, Subway.

So we just ordered online me and my girlfriend ordered 2 footlong 1 each and our order was supposed to be ready at 705pm and we just got out of there at 755pm it wasn't busy at all.. my sub was toaster and it wasn't supposed to be but we had been in there for a freaking hour and my girlfriend ordered double meat so when we checked out guess what ? No double meet so now we have to wait more!!! They didn't even offer us a drink or anything after we were there for a hour it was hands down the longest, worst ordeal as far as food goes I have been through. HORRIBLE and I will not be back!!!

I actually went to the one in Northwestern Galter pavilion...and had the tuna sub. Always went for the sandwich of the day but that wasn't honored...most Subways will not take the coupons that corporate sends out and I have stopped going to them for that reason...and have idea why corporate even bothers...and far as my rating for this one I got the tuna sub and within two hrs of eating it got seriously ill .vomiting and out the back end with violent spasms ..went on for two days like that and finally ok...I don't know if I will go back there again.Wheelchair accessibility: Good accessibility

I tried their newer location on 10/8/22 sometime in the later part of the afternoon. The place was bigger and more staff from the lasts time I visited with the older and much smaller location before. The staff was friendly and fast, the food was set up properly, cleanliness with plenty of meat to spare. Plus, I lucked out, one of the customers in line gave me a coupon for two footlong Subs for $12.99.

Subway is the healthiest and greatest deal I've had in Chicago NIH National Institute of Health recommends for one to eat 40% of their diet should be fruits and vegetables one Subway alone 6 in easily takes care of that requirement I like the deal bogo 50 buy one get one 50% off 2 ft longs for under $15 how could you beat that plus 175 points when you a amass 200 points it's $2 less at the cashier how could you beat that I'll always be a Subway fan cuz I have a voracious appetite
