I just left here paid 23$ for this just to be eating bread I paid for double meat pepperoni and bacon this is the worse sandwich I ever had I should have went for the salad 👎🏽

If you’re considering ordering delivery through the Subway app, don’t. My order was marked as delivered, but I never received it. When I called the store for help, the employee just kept repeating that the order was already picked up. When I said I was coming to the store to sort it out, he hung up on me.
When I arrived at the store, he kept saying the same thing and wasn’t helpful at all. There was also a language barrier, which made the situation even more frustrating. Nowhere during the ordering process did it clearly state that my order was handled by DoorDash, except for a tracking link. The app’s help button only provided the store’s phone number, not DoorDash’s, so I had no way to resolve the issue through them either.
I had to file a police report and will be disputing the charge through Cash App. I was a regular customer, but after this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere

This location is a RIP OFF, you will get nothing but a bread sandwich even when you pay for extra meat. They give you 3 slices of meat, not 4 oz and pocket the rest! Go to subway in Hyde Park or 63rd. 3 thin slices of meat, 5 pounds of lettuce.
Dietary restrictions: They'll never give you enough meat to gain no fuckin weight

This subway is located in a small strip mall vicinity. We walked in and found the person behind the bulletproof glass sitting in the back of the restaurant. She washed her hands with plain water, put on her gloves and begin preparing our two foot long sandwiches. We received service but without a smile or conversation.
The atmosphere was not very clean, with only 2 tables to sit and eat. Maybe it because of the location.

You can't use the bathroom my sister was pregnant and they told her no also the dudes are awkward one was coughing real hard while making my sandwich no gloves or nothing now they have a piece up blocking u from seeing how they make your sandwich or if the ingredients are fresh the lady is rude and doesn't appreciate her customers also they don't take the app very different ran subway

The soup was good, not enough chicken in it. Also, the turkey sub didn't have enough of that thin turkey.
The service sucks because they have poor customer service. The workers dont listen and they need better customer service skills. People are patronizing your establishment and want to be treated like a human being. Dont throw my card and food at me and then just walk off.

I ordered on line, the food was not ready 15 minutes after the scheduled time. The worker made the food the way she wanted and not how I ordered it and she had a nasty attitude. If I could remove the tip I would. Rude and unedible.
