The service sucks because they have poor customer service. The workers dont listen and they need better customer service skills. People are patronizing your establishment and want to be treated like a human being. Dont throw my card and food at me and then just walk off.

I ordered on line, the food was not ready 15 minutes after the scheduled time. The worker made the food the way she wanted and not how I ordered it and she had a nasty attitude. If I could remove the tip I would. Rude and unedible.

I have never been to Chicago and I received 10 emails from the 6718 Stony Island Ave. Chicago, IL store saying my orders have been confirmed and I never placed the order and and never received an email that the orders are ready. when I tried to call corporate I can't speak to anyone and when I called the store on August 4, 2023 at 8:55am to talk to someone about 10 different orders I didn't place the girl that answered the phone quickly hung up on me and will not and the phone now when I call. I have already contacted authorities in the store location and where I live and my bank. I have a feeling the girl that answered the phone and hung up so fast after briefly hearing what I was calling for is part of these charges

The Indian Lady is racist with a nasty attitude… I told her I can’t hear her she Was talking fast and low, she started yelling talking very loud!!! I’m front of others, told her she was being rude she tried arguing I refused I’m professional …. I had sat there and saw her talk crazy to 3 different black people in a row because she was the only one working and had a line. She can’t work under pressure….I will make sure I tell the other nurses about this location 11/11/22 around 11:20am instead of apologizing attempting to deflect the situation and not own her disrespect and unprofessionalism
