Awesome customer service. Izzy was knowledgeable, quick, and friendly--not easy to do during this COVID Pandemic. If you are near Printers Row, I would recommend stopping in to this location.

I didn't get the guy name but he try to give me bad meat on my cold cut then got mad when I ask for different meat he was on the phone making my food I will never come back there again 11-20-19 7:30pm I forgot to say he put the bad meat back for he can resale

Every time I walk in here they look mad. Last time my coworker placed an online order when she picked it up it was wrong and they argued with her when she had receipts of what she ordered!! It’s uncomfortable to even come in here BUT I GUESS ITS THE CLOSESTS TO ME SO UGH!

I stopped by this morning. I asked the clerk about one of the items on the menu and, for some reason, he wouldn't provide a direct and became argumentative. It was a very strange interaction. I wouldn't return.

Customer service is so horrendous here. Need to find a subway new location to go to! Subway eat fresh... more like subway eat sh*t!
I rarely come here but gave them a chance because I had a $3.49 coupon on my phone for any six inch sub. I ordered a turkey bacon guacamole sub. Of course it was considered a special and charged the regular price. I hate these kind of places that are devious and conniving who just try to get you in the door. I told the cashier that it was fine and I will never come back here for lunch again and that I will tell everyone at my seven hundred person office not to come tomathis subway again. I should have went to Roost next door, what the F was I thinking? Sensible Subway gurus would have accepted this coupon. They made $2 extra dollars off me but lost a customer for good. Was that worth it cheap a** subway owner?

I went in here for lunch today to get a sandwich and i wanted the shredded cheese. They literally put on a pinch and i asked for more because that was way too little and i was informed it would cost more. How can you not charge extra for the cheese if i get 4 triangles of cheese which ensures i get cheese in every bite but the i get only a pinch of the shredded cheese and not surprised i could not taste any cheese. I get if i wanted more of the triangle ones but come on a single pinch of the shredded cheese. I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!! Even if i am given free coupons.

3rd time writing this review, for some reason its keeps getting removed but here we go again, Walk into this subway for lunch, Place looked clean, empty and employees where cleaning counter tops and ovens as it was empty when I walked in. The employees immediately stopped cleaning and asked to take my order. Ever thing was fine but one thing i noticed was none of the employees ever changed their plastic gloves before handling my food. They proceeded to touch my bread, along with all the meats and veggies I requested for my sandwich. The employees also picked up veggies that fell off the sandwich on to the counter top and placed them back on my sandwich with them same gloves they were cleaning with. Needless to say, I was completely discussed with what I just witness and I simply just walked out...Will never eat at this place again, and if this review get removed again, my next review will be about Yelp at the Better Business Bureau and other larger platforms and outlets.

Walked in to this place and the workers were all cleaning. They greeted me and proceeded to take my order but they never changed their gloves. He grabed my bread, cut my bread, and placed and spread my shredded cheese on my bread. He then passed my sandwich down to the next guy who was wiping down equippment and counter tops where the oven sits. He also proceed to grab veggies and toppings with same gloves he was cleaning with and place them on my sandwich. Needless to say, after watching this, I just walked out... So gross, I will not being back to this place..if they're doing that to the food in the front, there's no telling what they doing in the back.

Awesome especially when there is this girl working there always happy, making you forget you just got out of work... Her Ora and atmospheres is happy and it looks like she enjoy working there. She knows how to get to you. Her name is leslie Beautiful latina wow nice guys for having her food ia amazing
