I go to this location on my lunch been going for years because i work in the area. Also, I am picky so I always order the same exact sandwich when i go and the same people that have always taken my order are still there and know what i order. Last time I was there was on 10/29 the lady charged me double the amount for my sandwich, she knew she made a mistake and i just thought i would see the adjustment on my acct 2 days later. Turns out she charged me almost $16 for 1 sandwich Luckily i still have my receipt i went to talk to them today and they automatically started pointing their fingers at me and saying it was my fault and that i should have been back the same day i told them i take 1 lunch break a day and that i would've been ok with another sandwich but after their attitudes i will gladly take my money elsewhere. Moral of the story check your recs before you walk out because they dont admit faults

I placed an order via the app for 3 sandwiches. My sandwiches were made perfectly to my specifications. I’m glad I gave them another try.

I have only been back living in Chicago IL since February 2025, I thought at first that this was a difficult location for eating or shopping, but so far it's been a pleasant experience. No problem at all Thank God!! And I Pray that it won't be a problem.

Order a sandwich in the app for a 12:30 AM pick up and the app changed it to 11 AM the following day walked into the store and try to talk to the worker and he didn’t understand what I was saying and told me to come back the next day to talk to a manager But I wasn’t going to be in the area anymore. I called the store multiple times no answer and now I’m out $15 because their error.

Don’t come here late, the worker is very careless & pays more attention to the people in his headphones than the person whose order he’s taking. I also thought he missed an ingredient & he dug his fingers in my sandwich to show me it was there, while I was making sure myself… Didn’t need his hands in my food!! That was absolutely disgusting & turned my appetite away. Trashed the food as soon as I left!

Thereble expirience. I ordered a sandwich for take of at 10.50pm with pickup time at 11.05pm arrived and have to wait another 40 min so my sandwich was ready at 11.45pm. This is one man operation.... rude and total ignorant person ALSOAGRESIVE. Barely speaks English. WASET OF TIME.
