This subway has ROACHES. I saw one crawl across the counter right as I paid for my food. They cover up the part where you can see the vegetables you add on your sandwich probably cause it’s crawling it roaches in there. Do not go here. I threw my sandwich out.

I want to the location to get my sandwich and my sub was not made right and there was an item on my sandwich that give me a allergic reaction I all was have trouble ordering from this location one time my order was canceled because of the discount I added from the app unfortunately I have a bad taste in my mouth and my lunch is ruining also I will go to the emergency room and I’m going to take farther action because something have to be done or the sandwich artist will keep doing this

Walked in to an worker crunched in a corner on their phone. Had to yell to get hus attention. Then another customer came in to complain that the sandwich she got was COMPLETELY WRONG. Wrong meat, extra topping. I left instantly

Ordered a 6.99 meal deal and was told the only toppings I could get were the toppings on the picture for said 6.99 deal, when I questioned that, the owner got very confrontational with me, at one point he threatened to beat me up. Extremely terrible service, will never come back here again.

Ordered two subs online they had a deal for Friday 13th. Get one sub for a dollar after paying for a full price sub. When I went in to pick up my food they told me since the sub was $1 I couldn’t get all the veggies on my sub I could only get what came with the sub in the description. Their reason was since the sub was a dollar I should’ve paid for all the extra veggies but that wasn’t and option on the website. Apparently store charges for the veggies on your sandwich. Don’t buy from them they are cheap and will not let you get your sandwich they way you want when they choose to participate in a discount advertising event.

As someone who has worked at subway i KNOW theyre not putting the right amount of meat on sandwiches. Their soup tastes watered down and my friend ordered a chicmen teriyaki and they said he could ge any veggies on his sandwish. They also charge full price for fountain drink refills.

I went to pick up my order I made online . & my subs are so thin barely put any of the stuff I ordered & I even tipped them!!! then I showed him I have a Birthday reward for 1 free cookie and didn’t want to give it to me because I had to buy something there first!! It’s bs never coming back again. Service sucks!!
Order online and and told me I couldn’t get what I BROUGHT on the app and mention the rewards points I used WHICH I still could of got my stuff THAT I brought don’t go there most unprofessional subway I ever been too I’ve made the same order at different subways and never encounter this situation before .
