Ok so I went to get a sandwhich and used my coupon in the app the Indian manager screamed at me and in a bad attitude said why do you use those coupons at this location . She has a disgusting attitude and so does t he other Indian man there. she did not want me to use the coupon so I just left never coming back . I will never go back terrible terrible.

Ordered for pick up on my way home from work. They just so happen to be having a Bogo. Cool I save some cash... I arrive to get my food and they were soo thin and floppy. I opened them to find that my sons meatball sandwich which should have at least 6 full meat balls had 3 and they were cut in half. I addressed the situation which was met with ineligible yelling by the woman working. She then says that they are not "full" priced sandwiches and that I should leave. I asked for a refund at this point. Then her manager an Indian man jumps in and also starts yelling at me saying that I'm wasting food and I'm lazy because I don't work.... ??!!! What the hell ????!!!! first of all I was on my way home from WORK, Second of all if the sandwich had been made right there would not be a problem.. anyhow they both keeping screaming over me.. it was a shit show. I should've guessed that this location would be questionable at best. The whole thing ends with them refunding me... but what a complete disaster of a store! It was SUPER DIRTY TOO!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS Not worth it !!! Wish I would have got a picture of the food hahaha

I reported this place to the city, Saturday April 1st 2:15pm I've watched 2 male employees make 4 sandwiches with no gloves no hair net no beard hair net. Owner was in the shop I asked the employees for the owner/manager when the owner came out I told him about the gloves and hair net he literally reply by saying ok is that all? Then he just went back to the back of the store the owner didn't care at all.
Terrible customer service. The owner seems like he is angry all the time he seems he’s not very happy to see you and I like subway but not this one beware.Parking: Easy parking

Check your sandwich before eating it, there was a hair in mine. The woman working there was not wearing a hairnet and the man with glasses working there seemed annoyed that I asked for a refund, he insisted on making a new sandwich. And they didn't even make my sandwich the way I ordered it. If I don't get my refund back to my card I will be reporting them.

i’m officially done with this place. BEWARE WHEN YOU GO HERE!!!! VEGETABLES ARE NOT FRESH!!!!! i’ve had so many issues with this place i can’t stand it. they tried over charging me one time for a footlong by charging it as two 6-inches. then when i told them the price is higher than what i usually pay i had to explain to them like they were 5 years old why i was being overcharged. but besides that, they’re just nasty. i’ve been in here and questioned the look of their lettuce but i didn’t want to do too much. and now today i go in and i’m getting two sandwiches and i notice there is an entire stack of moldy tomatoes. i point out the molded tomatoes and the sandwich maker first acts like he doesn’t see the mold and THEN when i take a picture and show it directly to him he tries to say that it’s lettuce WHEN I CAN CLEARLY SEE WITH MY OWN FKN EYES IT IS MOLD!!!!!! i’m DONE!!! these people are nasty and they’re going to get someone sick!!!!!!
