It’s so frustrating coming to this subway, dude is literally ALWAYS on his phone, doesn’t acknowledge you when you come in, took him like 10 minutes to even attend me bc he is on his phone. Doesn’t hear how you want your sandwich because he has his headphones in so he doesn’t get your order correct. Wanted to try to use to the rewards program and guess what? He skips that part in the checkout so I can’t even get anything towards my rewards program. Staff needs to be retrained and just has to do better.

The reason for the one star is because manager at this location refused coupon she said they didn’t take coupons which I understand but she could of offer a deal of the day or a better attitude or a smile I don’t know how this franchise works but 1 customer could be 1000 customers in a store for denying coupons I thought because we received it in our mail we can used it at my area location Also this is false advertising dont send coupons to our homes if it’s not going to accept coupons 8-15-25 food gave it 1 star because I didn’t get the chance to try it

Well well well I order today 4 macadamia nut cookies two chocolate chips but bc the guy at the register was in his PHONE CALL DURING WORK HE GAVE ME 4 chocolate chips cookies and two macadamia nut cookies totally makes no sense to me. How can I enjoy my meal with my family if my kids don’t have the right cookies you know how children are unbelievable

There wasn’t enough meat on the sandwich. Didn’t put oil or vinegar on it. Dude who made it name is EMMU. Very disrespectful. All my onions was on one side of my sandwich and it was literally a piece of an onion on the other half. EMMU Didn’t want to give me my money back because I ordered online. Don’t waste yo money here especially if you think about ordering online.
It was clean. And there were enough places to sit down. The food was so good but there weren't enough drinks to choose from. The service was ok but it would be great if there were more Spanish speakers. The atmosphere was ok it felt a bit suffocating. It's way too expensive for one sandwich.

It is what it is. Server was annoyed because I did not order veggies in the line order. Bit compulsive maybe? Subway is just fuel to me, quick bite and carry on. I choose something else if possible.
