This is the worst subway ever. The customer service is trash. They don’t have patience and you paying your money and they barely give you anything. You ask for something they ignore you or act like you speaking another language. I only go here because it’s the close to my job and my break is short. This will probably be my last time because the ladies here is so rude.

On google it says close at 10 pm and the sign on the door says OPEN!
Now it’s 9:25pm and the door is closed and employees waving we are closed!

Why would you ignore your posted hours? Doors locked at 9:30, half an hour before you close? On a Friday?Unacceptable. You are next to a convention center. And don't just stare like idiots at people who attempt to open your locked doors who are there during your posted hours. Seriously. How are you still in business?

Went to grab a quick sandwich to go, about 25 minutes to close and doors were locked. Here for a convention and few options available at this time to grab to go.
Unfortunate and very disappointing.

This place has some of the worst service ever. They look at you like you’re stupid, speaking in their own language, and it’s obvious they’re talking badly about you. We went today and there were three workers: two women and one man. The Mexican lady was extremely rude and mean.
We kindly asked if our sandwich could be cut in half. They forgot, so when we went to ask again, the Mexican lady rolled her eyes and yelled at us, “Okay, wait a minute! Can’t you see I’m busy? And It’s already in half!” Miss you’re not my mom, why are you yelling? Then the other girl threw a wrapper at us and told us to separate it ourselves. This place seriously needs to train their staff better.

They expect you to tip and when you pay they sneak a tip on the price of your food so if you don't pay attention there getting you for double tip

Today 5/27 the guy working on closing stood at the door and told me I mopping and would let me order my phone 30 mins before they close! Mind you the food was still out !!

This is my worst subway experience ever. The cashier is without any patient, yelling at customers and use their language to talk. I don’t know what they are talking about but it make me feels they were made fun of me. Never come back again.

I frequently place mobile and in store orders here at this establishment and it’s very clear to me that, unless you’re a part of the out of town convention crowd, they do not care to provide timely service to you. My husband waited for curbside attention for nearly 15 minutes( he’s very precise with time), whilst the team proceeded to clean (absolutely no line outside of hello, me, also no attention to the details) until thus said crowd showed up. Needless to say food was ready and sitting behind the counter and now, of course no curbside delivery. I hit the “I’m here” tab inside via the app even though the time had already allotted for curbside delivery. I then called and spoke to the lady that is regularly scheduled during this time of the day and she told me, “ok yes” called back “ok yes I’m sorry there’s a crowd now.” Hangs up. My husband left, never got his food. I gave one star because professional training is in order for this place. Continue on with your crowd, I get it!

I came to this subway restaurant just right now and was turned away. They told me they are closed. It is 9.35pm on February 8th 2025. The posted hours says the store closes at 10pm today saturday but they are saying they close at 9.30 to start cleaning the restaurant and shutdown their appliances. Store cleaning should occur after the posted closing hours not 30mins prior. I just walked a mile in the cold to get here. The management needs to do better if this is how they run their store. I've been to numerous subway restaurants all across the country and never encountered one that closes 30mins early.

Didn’t acknowledge I entered. Had me wait 5 mins for her to finish putting cookies in the oven before taking my order. Veggies were freezer burnt. Didn’t even bother to toast the sub enough for the cheese to melt and the veggie Pattie was cold still. I asked for a little oil and she put so much on that it soaked through the bag. Before I could make a 5 min walk. And when the way she stacked the veggies was messed up because she didn’t cut the bread properly. I’ve never been to a bad subway before. Congrats you somehow messed up making a sandwich….

I went to this place for lunch and was surprised with the worst service ever. We ordered through the app and sat inside waiting for the order. The order wasn't even prepared but the responsible person marked it as ready. They made us wait like 30 mins for 2 subs. Furthermore, when the sub was made, the quality of making was horrible. They made it the worse possible way. This could be due to lack of training or lack of customer service etiquette. The chicken sub had chicken pieces that weren't even grilled. The veggie sub was a mess.
Overall the worst experience.
