All bad. The personal has a terrible attitude. The supervisor has the worst attitude ever I would even say is racist. I do not recommend this subway to anybody. Specially for the supervisior.

Today, 02/07/2024, at 12:35, I bought a subway and as usual I put almost all the vegetables that are not paid for, onion, tomato, lettuce, green pepper, pickle, cucumber. But this time in this place they didn't let me put those vegetables, they only put tomatoes, onions and lettuce; The person who helped me says that the system has changed and I can no longer place the other vegetables but only those that are on the table. When did that happen if I always buy at Subway, years of shopping at Subway and the first time they told me that. ?????

One of the worst customer service I experience ever!!Is not the first time I have ordered from this location, but every time I do I alway get good service from a different young lady.But this is the second time I got bad service from an Indian coworker, her attitude is very mean and rude. The first time that I experienced, she was talking on the phone on speaker while serving customers. as long as my sandwich was made properly I didn’t get bothered by it.Today I came in and immediately I noticed it was her. Everything was fine until she just put tomatoes and lettuce without asking me!!It was too early and I didn’t wanna make a scene so I just continue finishing my order, and I just wanted to leave.This is wrong in so many levels, especially if you’re working at a food industry. Please be careful if you end up getting serviced by this coworker especially if you have any food allergies. I don’t understand why she still has a job if she doesn’t care about her customer health problems.

I came to get a sandwich on May 07 at 2am, and the guy behind the counter was acting as if I was bothering him. He told me to have a seat, and he would take of me later. After a couple of minutes of waiting, he told me that the oven doesn't work. As the photo shows, it looks good to me. All I wanted was a nice warm sandwich after a long night of Ubering.

The service absolutely sucks , they trow the ingredients on with no type of structure literally missed my mustard I just wanted to leave . This place I wouldn't spend a nickel at as a matter of fact I'd stay away from the gas station in I ts entirety so I don't have to see this staff period

I hope the subway owner or manager sees this. I just placed an online order under Isaac. Earlier today I ordered a pack of 12 cookies and I only received 6. I also asked for a TOASTED spicy Italian sandwich but it was not toasted. I knew I should've checked the bag when I was there but it's too late now. I'm was greatly dissatisfied because I was missing half my cookies and basic instructions were not followed. Would not recommend and I will not be ordering from here again.

Whoever worked that 6-2 shift today needs actual customer service classes because y’all are rude and lazy. Find a new job if you don’t like customer service instead of taking it all out on people you don’t even know. Have the life y’all deserve.

The people during the day are great, but some employees don’t listen to my order and leave ingredients out. At one point after repeating myself I stop correcting them—specifically one female at night rn?—but for the most part I love this subway and am usually stopping by.
