Subject: Unpleasant Experience at Subway Location
Dear [Subway Manager/Owner],
I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent experience I had at your [Subway Location]. I ordered a white bread chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese, but when I received my order, I was given a veggie sandwich instead. When I politely asked the staff member if chicken had been added, I noticed the total on the bill seemed higher than expected, and I inquired about it.
To my surprise, the staff member responded by raising her voice and accusing me of trying to get food for free, which I found both unprofessional and uncalled for. I was merely asking a clarification question about my order. When I politely requested the correct charge based on the sandwich I had ordered, things escalated unnecessarily. A male employee then intervened, using offensive language both in English and Hindi, which I found disrespectful, especially considering that I was only trying to resolve an issue in a calm and respectful manner.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but I believe that customers should always be treated with respect, regardless of the situation. It was deeply disappointing to experience such behavior, as I always expect a high level of customer service at Subway. I would appreciate it if you could address this matter with your staff to ensure that such behavior does not occur in the future.

The poorest looking Philly steak I’ve ever had. You literally needed a microscope to find the meat. All I tasted was the toasted bread! Worst place ever. SAVE YOUR MONEY-/ DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Really like this location. Employees are always nice to me. Use the mobile app and the subs are always ready to go when I get there.
This is the worst location I have ever stepped foot in. Not only was the worker a racist, he was rude and would not give me my order that I placed the Subway App because of a phone number. Had to call the Police to get my food from this deranged Subway employee. I hope they shut down this establishment expeditiously. I wouldn’t care if it was the last Subway open I would never patronize this business.

Worst subway ever.. employees are racist and rude. They directly say don't even step in the restaurant ever. We just ask for a student discount and they answered rudely and started abusing. Never visit. The owner doesn't even care for this many bad reviews. Worst place ever

Per usual coming into this Subway and they never have Salt and Vinegar chips like the other subways… and I get a soup today and my soup was reheated for one and secondly I open when I get to work and it’s basically just juice.
I purchased a sandwich at 11am on my lunch break yesterday morning, and my stomach has been twisting and turning ever since. I haven’t eaten anything since because of my stomach pain. Since the place looked clean I figured I’d eat there.

Worst Subway ever male and female employee was very rude. I did an online order and was given 2 wrong sandwiches when i called to let them know i was told they were out of the meat I ordered so he just replaced it with something else. I said I don’t eat this and requested a refund and I was told we don’t refund online orders then he said i have a customer and hung up on me. I then went back to the restaurant and the meat I originally ordered was right there he was still very rude snd upset that I requested a refund which he refused to do he finally made the sandwiches with an attitude after we argued because he kept hollering it’s still chicken and insisted i should just eat what he had given me I don’t want to eat anything he prepares for me at this point i rather dispute tue charge with my bank I will never purchase at this location ever again you made a mistake just give me what i paid for without the attitude!!
Staffs are TERRIBLE Indians, when you tell them about a mistake the speak their language to each other and completely ignore you.
