You guys put mayo on my sandwich again when told multiple times not too. Will never be back here due to them never ever reading directions. It is ordered, you should see all the instructions directly so I don't know why you feel like you should freestyle that's not a sandwich you're eating. I came to this subway before 2 days at night .. and I did order 2 foot long veggie delete sandwich and I saw that those two young boys who were making my sandwich those boys were so nice and politely talk with me …and made good sandwich and also 47th street subway is so clean..and all food id fresh so I would recommend to all people go to this subway .. for taking sandwich ..

Basic typical subway. The workers will speak to each other in their native tongue while making your sandwich and it also seems like they don’t really like working there. They also do not honor subway coupons too often and have great pleasure turning down or finding ways NOT to accept your coupons even for cheaper basic sandwiches like The Tuna or Spicy Italian. They always seem angry or in a rush even when you’re the only one in line when making your sandwich and also made me feel like I was a criminal because I didn’t initially present my coupon in the beginning when in the past I didn’t have to and the sandwiches I ordered would have been accepted for the coupon. If I had known I wouldn’t have ordered 2 foot-longs thinking my coupon 2 foot-longs for $12.99 would be adequate. I’m just disappointed in their service overall and have been over the past couple of years. Something needs to change. They probably should begin to hire more members that are from the community that they are serving. Just a thought. Thank you.

This store will not read the special instructions given to them if you order on the app ..they also didn't have any lettuce and this location doesn't accept coupons that the app gives and will still charge you full price...bathroom was also disgusting

Dirty , nasty place . This is my first time visiting this location food was not fresh even though it was morning hours . Asked for my footlong sandwich to be cut an wrapped separate workers started yelling saying I will be charged for 2 sandwiches . Cheap a distasteful Indian male a woman kept saying bags cost 50 cent . Well charge for a extra bag if it's that serious will never return

Meat portioned in small cups making for small sandwiches. They also won’t let you use coupons on “deluxe” sandwiches. Just go to the one on 53rd better portions and you can use the coupons on ANY sandwich.
