First time going to a subway, and honestly didn’t meet my expectations. They forgot to give me my drink and gave the wrong chips. Would probably come again but not that worth it.

Walked up to the door at around 6:00p and the door was locked. A worker signaled to me that he would eventually get it unlocked for me, which he did, but not without telling me to stop yanking on the door (even though the business didn’t close for another 3 hours). I then proceeded to ask for a cup of tuna because there was a starving cat outside of the establishment I wanted to feed. He told me it would cost a 6” sub price to get a cup of tuna. I said no worries, I just need to feed this cat, so he proceeded to put two measly scoops of tuna in a cup for me, and I ended up paying over $8 after tax. I would at least appreciate honest pricing for trying to feed an emaciated cat.

I've been coming here for years but today was a disappointment. The food and service was good as usual but the fountain machine was down. Couldn't wash my hands or use the restroom due to it being down also. Guess I'll have to find another location.

Female worker asked us to leave from the sitting area. Didn’t think much of it until seeing other reviews about how staff treats African Americans. Very sorry this happened after they took our money for a snack. Good service and food otherwise.

Lazy workers. Would not allow customers to go upstairs because they don’t want to clean upstairs and eat even though its bot closing time it is midday. If they lazy to clean what else are they lazy with while they preparing your food?

One of the female workers at this location was very rude to my teenage daughter and her friends. The worker isolated and harrassed the African American girls telling them they can’t stay there to study. They need to purchase food. They need to purchase individually when they were going to share lunch today 4/10/2025. The store worker also said “no telling what they would be doing”. As if they were there to cause trouble. These girls were racially profiled and the worker only harassed the African American girls. There were other students from school who were not eating but nothing was said to those students. I will be contacting corporate representatives to address this issue. The girls were just coming from act prep. The girls are college bound and were not causing problems. This is very upsetting as a parent to hear.

After ordering my food, I left the store returning to my car. I checked the food and realized that I was missing a sandwich. When I exited my car and returned to the store, the door was locked. It was 845pm. The store closed at 9pm . When I knocked on the door, the rude young lady that took my order looked at me and said they were closed.

The Solo Man on Duty was friendly and made us a Great Italian Meatball Sandwich with Extra Meatballs and Cheddar Cheese - made it Taste like Spaghetti Os !

No reciept issue would not take coupon this place is terrible and slow they need a calculator so customers can get the correct value for there money that's why I came here

The person who assisted us did not pay attention to what we asked for because he was on the phone at the same time, we had to repeat the same thing up to 3 times because he was also on the call.
