It was a quick online pickup order in the evening. The gentleman at the counter was polite, my order was ready when I got there and the meatball sub was neatly made, which I really appreciated.

Workers were extremely rude towards me, rolled her eyes at me, and was annoyed when I asked for basic service.
Nice restaurant, everything was delicious and fresh. Friendly/ fast service that wouldn’t leave you disappointed. Only downfall is they didn’t have a customer restroom. Other than that clean location, great service, and fresh ingredients.

STAY AWAY. Avoid this location at all costs. I visited on 12/10/2025 at around 6:45 p.m., and the experience was extremely disappointing. The employee working at the time — an Indian female — was on her phone the moment we walked in and showed no intention of assisting us. There was no greeting; instead, she immediately said, “What do you want?” in a noticeably irritated tone. Her attitude remained unprofessional from start to finish.
Regarding the food, she placed a very small scoop of chicken on my sandwich — so little that the bread was clearly visible between the pieces. When I politely asked for a bit more, she abruptly stated that she would need to charge extra. It’s no surprise this location has such poor reviews.

Its says its close at 10 its 9:37 and i was refused service. Why say your close at 10 if there gonna close at 9

Rude employees, trying to kick us out 1.25 hours before they closed claiming dine in and their restrooms are closed when it’s open. If you don’t want to do your job, hire someone better and more positive.

Best subway in chicago
Around 4pm, I had a very disappointing experience due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of one of the staff members. He was disrespectful, dismissive, and clearly lacked basic customer service skills. It’s unfortunate because such behavior makes customers feel unwelcome. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the issue.

The two server ladies were rude and no manners to attend the customers. Look like they don’t like their job and have a frustrating attitude. Really bad service. Manager please take care of this situation. It’s not possible that a location in the downtown has this kind of service.
Do not waste your time here. They’re racist and rude. Two guys were extremely disrespectful. Shut this place down as they extremely unable to run a business.
