Here's what happend that's making me write a first 1 star review in my life. Got 40% off deal online, went to the store to pick up. Owner said he didn't receive any order recently, and that he would have canceled any order that used the promo because he was losing money each order. I showed him the receipt and he said someone already picked up the order. Had to haggle with him and convince him that this incident was not my fault and waste 10 minutes arguing to get the sandwich I paid for (which I saw he was obviously cutting costs with the portion). I never faced this sort of issue where I was asked to empathize for the owner's state of business and apologize for making an order.. In my opinion, when a business is struggling, it is forced to cut costs and quality goes down. I'm going to stick to other location from now on.

Not even worth a star. This location flat-out refuses to honor the “MVP Rewards 40% discount” promotion — instead of processing the order, they simply cancel it through the app. When I ordered in store, I wasn’t even informed that Subcrunch wasn’t available with the Cheesy Garlic Steak until after the fact. This man was rude, dismissive, and made no effort to communicate clearly. It was obvious the employee was irritated with Subway’s policies, but instead of handling it professionally, they took it out on the customer. Completely unacceptable experience.

I order a steak foot long and they guy taking my order didn’t actually put any steak in my sandwich the lettuce and all the vegetables looks old they guy wanted to charge me while sub in the toaster and didn’t even changed gloves after I gave him cash never coming back to this location

Since when Subway only does cash tip. I left a tip with my card and the lady told me next time leave a cash tip that only for online purchases . I told her, but I’m not doing an online purchase. I’m purchasing inside the store. This is the second time with the same lady.

There aren't signs stating their tipping system isn't set up/working. I was told after tipping and wasn't offered a refund. This is the second time my money has been pocketed over a period of several months. I am very curious as to where these funds are going considering this has been an issue for a long time.

Would leave a 0 star review if I could. Staff is EXTREMLY RUDE. I never write reviews but the treatment I receive from the staff here was beyond disrespectful to the point where I felt the need to warn people to stay away from this establishment, they denied the use of the restroom and horrible service. People like this SHOULD not be working with costumers. Very disappointed shame on the workers there .

The store does not accept the national Subway promotion of BOGO footlong, and when I ordered it on the app they cancelled it. I called and an employee answered and hung up in the middle of our conversation in the rudest way possible. I will not be returning to this Subway.

This is honestly the best and my favorite subway to go to Harsha is always super nice and staying busy. Love coming here after work with my girlfriend. definitely reccomend him and this subway!
