Ordered through the app 2 HOURS in advance, and when I got there, one employee was talking on the phone while another one was making sandwiches. They informed me to sit down because my order wasn't ready. Some time after that, they informed me that they could not make my order because they did not have the menu item Veggie Flatizza. I asked if I could have a refund on the item and the receipt. They denied it and said that I have to call customer service on my own, nor could I have the receipt. This is very disappointing, and I have yet received a refund from Subway Customer Service as they have not responded to my request multiple times. Just don't order from the app EVER! They did not indicate that this location did not have this menu item and have stolen my money.

The mozzarella cheese wasnt available for the Bella Mozza sandwich the time we went which was a disappointment.The location is great at the corner of Milwaukee and California Sts.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair has access to store.

This subway closes at 9PM. I walked up to the door seconds after another person walked in. The employee who was there had locked the door. He made a hand gesture shooing me away at 8:40PM. This is a fast food place, it would have taken him 5 minutes to make another sandwich. Terrible experience…

Good old subs and better ....the boss is cool too ..gotta good sub with under 8bucks and coupons get even more..always had love for my subway my way...make the commercial..with Frank Sinatra s song my way subway..and biz will blast off again..I promise..and throw more Asian &ital and Mexican ...for example Mex cheese..or different mild giardinera & sweet & sour twists...artist 2artist ...I'm the best Midway monster underground customer & will see subway go back up on the American mark
