My recent visit to this Subway restaurant in Chicago was nothing short of disappointing. I've dined at Subway locations in the past and expected a certain level of quality and service, but this experience was far from it.First and foremost, the service was incredibly slow and inattentive. Despite there being only a few customers, it took an unreasonably long time to have my order taken, and the staff appeared disinterested and unmotivated.The food quality was abysmal. The sandwich I received was made with stale bread that was tough to chew. The vegetables appeared wilted and lacked freshness. The overall taste was bland and unappetizing.To make matters worse, the restaurant itself was dirty and poorly maintained. Tables were left uncleared, and the floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days. The overall cleanliness was far below the standard I would expect from any dining establishment.I'm giving it 1 star because I can't give it zero. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise against visiting this particular Subway location in Chicago. There are far better options for a quick and satisfying meal in the area.

SUPER GHETTO … the ugly lady with the short and a girl there with a stingy ponytail provided poor service. sad how black people don’t want to work. They didn’t have hairnets on either. will be escalating this issue further.

Staff is always friendly but the sandwiches are not the best?Every other southside subways are better. I don't know how they managing to keep straying from the script?

Subway is pretty basic but when someone makes it with such care and passion; it stands out and that is what this shop does. Had subway from this place few times during my stay at UChicago and it was great every single time. Loved it
