The don’t accept any coupon and subway rewards. I think that the owner is very cheap. The footling steak price is $9.99+tax which is way higher than competitors. Subways around this location have price of $8.89 and $7.99 price. Don’t recommend this subway if you have coupons and try’s o save money. ?

I recently moved for work and tried the two Subways close to my work. They are literally two blocks apart, and the one @ 500 West Madison (Ogilvie Station) is $1.50 more expensive than the one two blocks away for the exact same meal (see cash receipt) And what's worse - I mentioned this to the cash register woman @ 500 West Madison, and she dismissed me and said "prices vary" and was extremely rude. She then moved on to the next person. Well - I can honestly say, I will never be back to this Subway. Higher prices and rude people behind the counter do not make for a good experience.

Walking in, I noticed they seemed a little desperate for attention, looking at the reviews I can guess why. Personally, I'm quite fond of the place. Unlike every other restaurant in Ogilvie, this one actually has a place to walk in, order your food, and sit in a place far away from... less fortunate people that ask if you have cash, even if you've already said no yesterday. The sub that I got was well cooked and the staff was nice and friendly. If I had any complaints, my sub wasn't cut in half like it is at most subways for some reason, and their blatant attempt at gaining more activity is a little off putting. On the plus side though, because of that, they're currently offering two free cookies with every foot long sub meal, so I don't have too much to complain about.

If I could put negative stars I would, this review is long overdue. You ALWAYS have to ask for more on your sandwich or salad, they are stingy (actually counting the portions out). I just paid $13 for a half bowl of a sad looking salad, and a little cup of soup. Pathetic. Used to go here a lot, looked past it, but never again.

This subway was subpar, I pretty much got it just because it was the only place that wasn't busy when i walked in. But they say its healthy so new year new me!!! This company really went downhill since they got rid of that Jared guy. Also the footlongs are no longer $5 so seems like a scam.

I work in the same building (500 W. Madison) and I gladly walk over the Subway on Clinton street to get my subs, instead of this store. The subs here are made hastily and soups are watered down so much that you cannot avoid feeling ripped-off.

This is a large national bank and local office with the right balance of largess and personal service. Ms. Alicia Williams, VP and branch manager and Mr. Oscar Diaz exhibited and performed in a very business like manner and efficiency blending personal service. I needed and was looking for a reliable bank and a comfort level enticing me to use this branch's services. This branch and Ms. Williams "foot the bill" and I recommend this branch and their services.
