Food is fine but the lady at the counter has a serious attitude problems. Yes the same lady everyone else here complains about. I said no toasting. She toasted it: when I said I didn't want it toasted she argued with me about what i said and then she replaced the meat and veggies on the same toasted bread I said no toasting. Are you kidding me? She has multiple complaints on this website. Why is she still working here????

Extremely rude. Looked at me and walked away to clean and sweep. someone else came while talking on the phone, put on gloves, and then walked away. First person came back and started to take the order of the person behind me and kept ignoring me.

I don’t like being lied to. I just wanted to upgrade my sandwich to a meal with two cookies. Wasn’t asking for the deal of the day. And I was told, despite the clear signage, that I could only get chips with my upgrade unless I got the sandwich of the day.
If that’s different, fine. Then change your sign

They put so little toppings on my sub. I kept asking for more but they were very reluctant. The service was terrible the workers did not hide that they did not want to be there.both the women there were very dismissive and I waited a while just to get some napkins. I left here very unsatisfied

I ordered an outlaw that comes with double paper jack cheese they gave me none there’s very little meat on the sandwich and on top of that my bread is burnt won’t be going there again

Don't open a franchise if you plan on making up arbitrary rules.
