I know that I went there only once (August 2024) and that I come from Europe so mostly comparing it to Subway branches here. But - that was the best Subway sandwich I ever had in my life :) it was perfect! Very fresh ingredents. There are moments when I am crawing that Subway sandwich from my summer memories in Chicago.
Dry sandwich. I had sriracha mayo on my sandwich. I had to ask for mayo packets because the sandwich was so dry, and the staff side eyed me when asking for it. He didnt even toast my sandwich, it was dry and cold. He was also stingy with the ingredients. 0/5 do not come here

Overall, good service ? food is as fast as any other subway. Unfortunately, as a paying customer, not able to use the amenities (restroom), even though it was working fine, it's not cool. The worker just blunty said out of order.

Went in to get an Italian foot long tuna with provolone. Which is what I said when I came in. I even said it twice because the guy at the counter asked me what bread. Then he asked what cheese. Yes toasted. He took it out of the oven, and it was not tuna, it was some other meat. I was confused but thought it was someone else’s online order. When he asked me what toppings I wanted to add, I said that I asked for tuna. This is when he clearly got annoyed. I think he thought I wanted to add tuna to the sandwich. I said no, I wanted a tuna sandwich. He got even more annoyed, and said I should have told home before it was toasted. There was a cover over the glass so I couldn’t see him making it in the beginning. And I didn’t see him put it in the oven. We went back and forth like this for a bit before I had to say that I didn’t order what he made. Eventually, he did make the Italian ft long with tuna. Yes he did ask what cheese, again, and if I wanted it toasted, again.
It just felt like he didn’t care and wasn’t paying attention. I’ve noticed in this location that the employees wear air pods, and are sometimes talking as if they’re in a call. Not sure if it’s for the job, but this has never been an issue, until today. Yes, the employe did have air pods on. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Especially since I’ve always ordered from here and always order the same way. Will not be coming back/ ordering from this location.

Nice staff
Guy at counter tells me first that only two toppings are allowed in meatball, next week he says none. Who runs a franchise like this?
