I know that I went there only once (August 2024) and that I come from Europe so mostly comparing it to Subway branches here. But - that was the best Subway sandwich I ever had in my life :) it was perfect! Very fresh ingredents. There are moments when I am crawing that Subway sandwich from my summer memories in Chicago.
Overall, good service ? food is as fast as any other subway. Unfortunately, as a paying customer, not able to use the amenities (restroom), even though it was working fine, it's not cool. The worker just blunty said out of order.
This might be the best Subway in America. I've lived on the corner of Kinzie and LaSalle for 6 years. I have never had anything less than a stellar experience. They're incredibly nice and polite, the store is clean and well-kept, and the ingredients an impeccably displayed. They always give the right amount of each ingredient, and seem to truly care about a great customer experience.
