listen I don’t expect a lot from subway, but I had the worst experience at this one - the 6” sub cost me $12?!?!?! and it literally had ONE piece of roast beef. (see pic with remote for scale) it was the smallest sandwich i’ve ever received. also they only had pepper jack cheese available which was insane.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Walked in to order 3 foot long sandwiches. I had my son with me. He had to use the bathroom. I was waiting in line to order, and I asked for the bathroom code, which says for paying customers only on the door, and they said no. It was out of order. There was no sign saying it was out of order. There were customers inside earing and they also said don't believe that.

I left this location flabbergasted. I’m never returning and I should’ve read the reviews prior to coming here. I frequently order Subway and this location is the WORST. They were out of my usual roasted chicken and used sweet onion teriyaki instead, out of cucumbers and the bathroom was not available for use. But the main issue I have is their ridiculous high PRICES- why is this one overpriced compared to other locations? Make it make sense. I was told by the employee that their “prices are different here” so I’m sharing the photos to demonstrate what I paid $9.89 for a 6” sub + $2.99 for a bag of chips versus the price it should’ve been for that sandwich at a nearby location. My sandwich sucked by the way, ha!

Not only was the sandwich/meal $5 more than any other subway I've been to in the city, but the actual sandwich left a little to be desired. There was maybe 4 slices of ham on a foot long. It was basically a vegetable sandwich. Really

The place looks disgusting, people who work in this location are very rude and the prices are ridiculous. I'll never come back to this location.

Ordered for pick up, didn’t toast the bread on either sandwich as requested, didn’t bother to cut the footlongs in half. Sandwich was like soaking wet and the toppings were very skimped - one of the sandwiches had one singular pickle slice on an entire half of a footlong. This location is more expensive than the average so shouldn’t be worse quality

I really want to support my local Subway but apparently this particular branch sells sandwiches with diamonds and gold dust mixed in with their Chipotle sauce. By far the most expensive Subway I've even seen. Last night I stopped in for a 6-inch sub, chips and a small drink and the total was over $17. Get real, folks. This is Subway--not even Jimmy Johns or Potbelly's (which are a zillion times better). Also, they have numerous signs out front that read "Subway: Buy one get one free!" When I asked about this special, the server said it was only good for cookies. Seems a little scammy to me. I guess it worked as I bought my $17 Subway meal. But I won't be going back to this particular Subway. The one on Western is open 24 hours and is much more reasonably priced.

I live a couple blocks away from it and try my best to avoid it. My son just gets a cheese sub and they charge a lot more than the other subways. Then they have the nerve to ask if I want extra cheese for an additional fee. A 6 inch with only cheese and a bag of chips is $10. The other subway they’ll charge $7 and they offer a free cookie or something

Another person here who got taken for a ride over a sandwich. First they got me in there with buy one get one free signs plastered all over. I go in order my sandwich and the extra for my wife and learn at the counter that those signs meant buy one sandwich get one free cookie. Deceptive marketing right there. Then I see that they charged me for my meal (bag of chips, drink sandwich) then two extra bags of chips that I didn't order. $38 total for a meal that wasn't even worth 15. Scam

They lie about their hours. I live one block from here but I always drive to another location because this place is bad. Closing time says 10pm on their door, 9pm online, but was closed at 8pm. They are also extremely overpriced compared to other subways and always make my order incorrect for pickup. They charge extra for bacon but didn’t even put it on my sandwich for pickup. They also didn’t toast my sandwich, when I requested it to be toasted in the app for pickup. Bad business.

Scam artist ownership. $20 for a foot long and bag of chips is criminal.

This place is a scam and overly charges, they don’t have any deals and if you get a 6inch with chips and a drink you’ll get up paying over $15, if you want two cookies it’s going to be $6. They also are misleading and lying about kids meals, they don’t have any kids meals at all

I don’t leave negative reviews but this place is just straight up price gouging. See other reviews for details - I had the same experience.
