Im a regular here, but today was the worst day of service I have ever had at this location. The employee making my sandwich today was so rude, making comments in his language and laughing, also as a former Subway employee myself I can tell the food is very off of the temperature regulations, since the vegetables are frosting in the containers, I dont know if its new owners or management but the employees here today on 11/26/2025 at 3pm need to be evaluated on customer service

This location used to be my when I lived in the area. I recently was around and placed a mobile order for 9am as this location is open from 7am-10pm. I got there and they couldn’t find my order on their system employee kept saying it was the wrong location otherwise it would’ve been there. I showed him the receipt for that location and told me to call the customer service for a refund. I called customer service and then around 11am this location kept calling me saying my order was ready. I thought my order wasn’t in the system. Would give a 0/10 if I could.

The reason for the one star is because manager at this location refused coupon he said they didn't take coupons but online it does take coupons I told him coupon said in store or online which I understand but he could of offer a deal of the day or a better attitude or a smile I don't know how this franchise works but 1 customer could be 1000 customers in a store for denying coupons I thought because we received it in our mail we can used it at my area location Also this is false advertising dont send coupons to our homes if it's not going to accept coupons Also please send these people to a customer service class no smile aggressive and feels like he would fight a customer

I always order here through the app, and I specifically chose a bottle of Starry, which doesn't cost extra in the app. When I got there, the guy refused to give me the bottle, saying it wasn't included in my meal, even though I paid for it online. I even offered him 50 cents, but he said he couldn't accept it.

Looks like I got food poisoning from here. I went there yesterday to get a tuna sandwich and omg, last night and this morning has been horrible so far. On top of that, I agree, the man inside was rude and impatient when I couldn’t understand what he said, even though he was mainly mumbling and I was not rude at all.
