I usually have a good experience here, especially with the woman who regularly works during weekdays — she’s always respectful and kind. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant encounter with the manager that makes me not want to return to this location again.

I’ve been going to this Subway every other day for the past two weeks, mostly to pick up sandwiches for my husband before work. I use reward points every now and then, along with the BOGO $1 deal that’s available through the official Subway app. These are promotions Subway offers, and I use them within the rules.

During my last visit, the manager approached me and questioned how I was able to use the $2 reward points “every time.” I explained that I buy from different Subway locations and use my rewards at my own discretion. She told me I shouldn’t continue using them at this location and suggested I go elsewhere. Her tone was rude and accusatory, which made me feel very unwelcome — especially as a paying, frequent customer who’s doing nothing wrong.

I didn’t want to escalate things, so I left. I won’t be returning to this location due to the disrespectful treatment from the manager. It’s unfortunate because the other employee does a great job, but no customer deserves to be talked down to or shamed for using valid deals.

This place needs an attitude check. You're there to follow orders to what the customer wants. If you can't do that without the attitude, then you dont belong there. Simple

placed an online order and had the confirmation number and everything. Because their system didn't receive it they are fighting with me and refuse to give a refund/sandwich. The worker proceeds to call the owner of the store and had me talking to her on the speaker just for the owner to talk over me and raise her voice. All they could say was they don't know why they don't have the order and there's nothing they can do.

Extremly rude, you order and go pickup and she does not honor app specials (i believe franchises can opt out of this, but if they take it, im pretty sure they have to take it) also does not honor reward points, pretty sure the franchise reimburses reward points.. but she will literally take your phone and cacnel the order and make you pay full price for both sandwiches, lol.. Straight up fraud... Stay far away...

VERY rude staff here. Chetna was disrespectful and yelling for no apparent reason. I’ll go to another subway next time. Hope they close! Never busy here.

Placed an order on the app with promotion. (Buy one get one free) the cashier waited until I came to pick up to tell me they cannot make and voided my order- vs calling and saving the trouble of wasting gas and time to pick up. Don't let companies like this stay in business!

Google says they close at 10pm but they lock their doors at 9pm. If they do close at 9pm they should update their hours but if they don’t they should really look into employees refusing service before actually closing time. Waste of time.

Employee was like, "what did your mom just say?" and I was thinking to myself, dare she say that and I, myself, can't understand the employee with her heavy accent.

I admit it. Sometimes I just want to get in and out of a place. But when I am not rushed, I can enjoy where I go a little more, interact a little more. I had a Subway a stone's throw away but it closed. This one is still close-by, easy to get-to, has parking. Friendly staff who respond to you the way you treat them. Saying "Hi. What do you do recommend?" with a smile let's them know you recognize them as people not servants. Folks who work behind counters need to know what they say matters, so they talk to you, not each other. Nice folks here. I come here for subs - usually foot longs. Depends on the specials, coupons. My needs are simple here. Roast beef or tuna, plenty of veggies, toasted italian or herb toasted bread, provolone, oil, vinegar & oregano. Tastes great. People listen to what I ask. I saw no problem with filling the sub. They have personal ? - never tried it. Convenient location, friendly staff, cost, good taste. Now if they only had a hot pastrami on rye with onions...
