Placed an order on the app with promotion. (Buy one get one free) the cashier waited until I came to pick up to tell me they cannot make and voided my order- vs calling and saving the trouble of wasting gas and time to pick up. Don't let companies like this stay in business!

Google says they close at 10pm but they lock their doors at 9pm. If they do close at 9pm they should update their hours but if they don’t they should really look into employees refusing service before actually closing time. Waste of time.

I admit it. Sometimes I just want to get in and out of a place. But when I am not rushed, I can enjoy where I go a little more, interact a little more. I had a Subway a stone's throw away but it closed. This one is still close-by, easy to get-to, has parking. Friendly staff who respond to you the way you treat them. Saying "Hi. What do you do recommend?" with a smile let's them know you recognize them as people not servants. Folks who work behind counters need to know what they say matters, so they talk to you, not each other. Nice folks here. I come here for subs - usually foot longs. Depends on the specials, coupons. My needs are simple here. Roast beef or tuna, plenty of veggies, toasted italian or herb toasted bread, provolone, oil, vinegar & oregano. Tastes great. People listen to what I ask. I saw no problem with filling the sub. They have personal ? - never tried it. Convenient location, friendly staff, cost, good taste. Now if they only had a hot pastrami on rye with onions...

One off the worst service one off the worst employee champa Patel she has issues with employee as well if my wife is working there I can't meet her if I have to go out even if I am going out off states that's how there mentality is its better they shut down I would love that

Saw one of the employees take the trash out and I went inside to order. The woman was taking a man order in front of me and the guy comes back with their trash bin. He takes it to the back and comes straight back up front and grab some gloves to start serving customers. Definitely didn’t wash his hands and I completely lost my appetite. Need to teach employees the importance of washing their hands and when they should wash them.

Never eating here again got a sub and got food poisoning ? I’m currently 30 weeks pregnant I haven’t had any problems with any other subway now I’m very sick in bed

Not sure why so many really bad reviews, I've never had bad service here. The food is fresh and tastes good. My criticism is for the pics they post and what you actually get. Look at the pic they posted of a sandwich full of meat but compare that to the pics people posted if what you actually get. It's incredibly misleading but if you already know that and just want a good tasting sandwich you won't be disappointed. The one thing that does bother me is how much the prices have gone up but that's true of a lot of other places too.
