I had to return to talk to a NON-EXISTENT MANAGER regarding the sloppy sandwich and missing items from my Footlong pre-ordered and paid for via APP. The Indian American young woman who prepared my order was very reluctant to correct her errors and even insulted me about my dog that I bought in the restaurant just to pick up my order and leave afterwards. I was not dining inside. After trying to tell her to redo the sloppy Footlong or reimburse me, she got attitude with me as a FREQUENT customer. The Indian American man there with glasses on and feathered short hair got involved and redid the Footlong sandwich for her. I asked for the Manager info and they both said there is NO MANAGER and it's FAMILY OWNED only. Plus, they do not prefer to give their names to no one. Really!. So, I told them I will report the Footlong had to be redone and she had a problem with dogs coming in for order pickups but I been in there before and I was NEVER told NO PETS ALLOWED at all tonight. She is a liar. So, he and she as Indian American family members told me they don't give out their names at all and that I can just report my complaint to Subway APP Customer Service. Really!. I took pictures of the old and new Footlong sandwiches and the store as proof!. THEY LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER TONIGHT!. SMH.

I've been getting the same meal from this subway every single week for months. Tonight they tried to charge me *37 dollars* for a foot long sandwich meal with two cookies and a drink.
I've never paid more than 16 dollars for this meal in the decade plus that I've been ordering this specific meal. When I questioned the price the employee said they had changed the pricing today 9/9/25.
I feel like they tried to scam me after I have been a loyal regular customer by charging over 50% higher than the normal price. If I wanted to spend almost 40 dollars I would go to a real restaurant and not subway. Do not recommend this place at all.

I wish I could give negative stars for the service and atmosphere. It’s subway so the one star is self explanatory.
There’s no signage indicating their policy on public bathroom usage, and I’ve come to grab a drink here and there with no issue with the bathroom. Today, however, someone must of had a bad breakfast because the attitude of the service staff was atrocious. Even saying don’t come back in after I pointed out the lack of signage or comments in the past.
Avoid this particular subway like the plague.

I placed a mobile app order online for a grilled chicken foot-long sub and I used the 20% off discount code. I go to the restaurant to pick up my order, but the individual said that they did not have an order received for me. Another customer walks in, and he ignores me and begins to serve them even offering free cookies instead of helping me find my order. I begin looking for your customer service number which is not available online and I noticed a foot-long sub sitting on the counter behind the register and I asked the individual when he is done with the other customer if that is my order. He asks me say my name as well as spell it. Idiot! Then he asked for the order number & says goofly “oh I did make this order.” He refused to give corporate’s number and he also did not want to give me the receipt. I feel deeply disrespected and will never place another order with this restaurant given their employee’s incompetence.

I was charged a $3 tip fee without my consent. I was not given an option to select a trip, I only saw my total before tip and somehow a $3 tip was added without my consent and I only realized when I walked home and looked at my receipt.

Can't stand the server there with short hair & glasses with buck teeth. He on two different occasions skimpped me on the chicken, gives me a dirty looks when I come in. Tosses my food at me while I'm about to pay for my sandwich. The food isn't fresh as he told me before, they close early because they're LAZY. Won't open the door for black folks after 8pm.
