Very rude staff!! Kept talking on the phone while serving customers…

Terrible customer service. The staff — a man and a woman of Indian origin — were extremely rude and unprofessional. They rushed us and kicked us out because they “had to clean,” even though the store was still open. It was a very unpleasant experience overall. To make it worse, the cookie tasted like it was from the day before — definitely not fresh. Won’t be coming back.

I appreciate the help of the manager of this store (Arti) . Weeks ago I make an order but the app set my pick up order to this store that is not the one that I regularly go. I have trying to reach out subway for a refund or any solution but I didn’t receive any answer . Besides that I call this store to communicate what happens to me and she was very kind , she offer me to pass by another time to pick it up my order . I really really appreciate actions like this that demonstrate her empathy with customers. This is the type of management that stores like this need to have . Thanks for change my experience from this situation and wishing her all the success .
This was my first and last time ever coming to this location. I placed a pickup order and there was so much bread and lettuce rather than meat so I wanted to get it remade. When I called to bring the sandwiches back the lady who answered the phone was more than willing to remake them. When I get back to the store all of a sudden the employees are telling me that they will not remake my order. One lady was brushing me off and not acknowledging me. The other would not give her name and the correct information about management. I have been given the run around about speaking with the manager because when I call they tell me that she will be in but she is never there. They do not know how to treat people. They are skimpy on the products when you order online because they think you won’t see it or say anything about it. I was not rude nor was i disrespectful I just wanted it made the way I like my sandwiches because there is a guarantee if I ordered in store it would not have looked the way it did.
Closed at 8am even though Google hours say 7am opening. Been before though and food has been decent and serviced good.
Such a worst place to have a subway the two employees are so rude. The three women over here have such a cheap attitude towards people .
I would never ever have Sandwich over here. Such a stupid employees I don’t know how the owner here is running business with these employees. No one ever never go here. So bad.

Where do I start? I used to go to this location all the time and had great service and food. Though it just gets worse every time I go in.
This time in particular I stop in and the two employees had the worst service. It was loud in there as there was a hand full of people packed in the small space with children running around. The employee at the front of the line spoke so quietly and mumbled to the point I had to ask them to repeat literally everything the said and lean against the glass just to hear them… I ordered a personal pizza. As they were cutting the plastic off the pizza, they unprovoked stated “I’m really bored. I probably should have a knife, it could dangerous because it’s so sharp.” It was very awkward and not something I as a guest would want to hear. They scrapped the last 6 olives out of the container that were withered and gross looking and didn’t bother asking or trying to find a fresh container… anyway. Standing in line the person at the veggie section was moving so slow that my pizza had “cooked” and was sitting out in the time it took them to get half way done with one very minimal sandwich, of witch she had two more to do. So I stood for about 5 minutes waiting for them to get to my order and check me out. By the time I was able to leave, I open the pizza to feel not only is it still legitimately cold in the middle and the cheese had barely melted. The $6 wasn’t worth going back and dealing with it all over again. So I just threw it away in the garbage outside on my way back to my car and went to a different location… I will not be back.
Just picked up a catering order here. And the owner CONTINUES to be insanely rude. Will not be coming here at all. I just dropped 60$ on catering and your trying to make me out like if I'm here to steal food. Get it together

Very rude customer experience!
I ordered a veggie pattie footlong in an online order but they didn't have veggie patties so they were forcing me to take a veggie delite instead. And they took 20 mins to give a mobile order even with a low rush. On asking they couldn't care less about the customer. They simply said, cancel the order online if you don't like it.

Everything is good here except the customer service. I paid for a full meal with chips & drink & we are inside.
They went ape when I tried to get a refill & said I couldn't get more drink?! I've never had anyone at any restaurant say I couldn't get more refills when I paid for the drink.
I know you can own a subway franchise and everyone was Indian they were all females so maybe that's how they were penny pinching.
Even when my son went to throw the cup away by the fountain drink they were screaming at him NO MORE OK?!
I'd suggest another location though.

I had a very bad experience with the staff member, Umea. She shouted at me multiple times and the people in the restaurant were looking at me. I told her i will complain about her poor service, she said it doesn’t matter to me, go ahead and complain. When I was leaving the restaurant she screamed at me saying that she will complain about me. All i requested her was that for certain things about my sandwich I would like to tell her in person the way I like it as it is difficult to capture everything in the online order receipt. There was nobody in line when they started making my order. I told her I don’t mind waiting 15 minutes till she clears the line. She told me no, i will make it per my choice.
I have been a subway customer for 25 years and this is the worst experience ever. Umea did not realize that with her poor behavior she tarnished the brand name and reputation of the entire SubWay brand and not just that franchise location. The franchise owner should re-consider their hiring practices. The Subway headquarters should surprise visit this location and see if it meets their customer service expectations.
