I've been coming here since the pandemic whenever I'm looking for an affordable family meal and this place never disappoints! From hearty soups and stews to a variety of filling subs and other menu items! The overall atmosphere is small, quiet, and laid back with edm and pop played softy in the background. While the food is def getting pricier now, I've stayed a loyal costumer because of it's employees excellent service! Shoutout to Marina, Claudia, & Maria for keeping the place fresh and clean and always maintaining a kind, smart, and helpful attitude. :)

So I order online through the app as I always do. Immediately after placing the order, I realized I made a mistake and didn’t take off a sauce I didn’t want. I immediately called the store to try and have it fixed. First of all, they answered with hello and for a solid 20 seconds I didn’t know if I was actually talking to a subway or some random person. Then I tried to explain three times what the issue was. They never even asked my name. Barely said two words even. Eventually they said OK and just hung up on me. To no one surprise,my sandwich was wrong.

If I could leave a zero I would this location made me a pizza sub swimming in sauce it makes lake michigan look dry and idk how you do that. The lady's at this location are incompetent and don't know how to make a sandwich

Careful placing an online order here! Placed an order this afternoon at 2:05pm to be picked up at this location and it said it would be ready by 2:25pm. When I arrived, the ladies there tell me they never received the order and were confused as to why I was there. The shorter lady(guessing she is the manager) told me that they couldn’t give me the order I was already charged for because the order never printed for them even after showing them I was already charged $7.74 for the $6.99 6inch meal deal. She just kept being dismissive and told me that the charge wouldn’t stand because the order was never received. I will be keeping tabs on that charge and if it isn’t removed because I Did NOT receive the order then I will dispute the charge with my bank. Simply because it’s about the morals of this establishment thinking they can finesse my hard earned money and get away with it!

Workers give tons of attitude. On top of that - they made my mobile order wrong lol. After I tell the employee she says “but i already made it”. Like what?? you made the order wrong. I asked for a replacement and she insisted on me taking it. Long story short the manager remade the sandwich and i left. I rarely eat subway because of this. Half the people running these stores have no sense of respect for customber’s.
If i didn’t order something why would you expect me to take it. Anyways avoid this location

I’ve lived in this area for more than 5 years and everytime I go into this subway there’s always workers with attitude. I get ignored, weird stares and bad service all the time. The lady’s that work there all have smug look on their faces and make it known they got a problem with you. I noticed two new workers last time I went in and they were still as rude as the old ones. Literally don’t buy food here unless u want a random subway lady looking at you like she’s trying to fight.
