Today I ordered a pepperoni pizza and a bottle of water. The worker behind the counter put the pizza in the oven and when he took it out the pepperoni was burned so bad it curled up in a ball and turned black, The Crust also crisp, the center was soft and not fully cooked. I explained to the worker the pepperoni was burned, the pizza shouldn't look the way it did. He kept telling me it was done correctly and refused to fix or make it over. It was unpresentable, temperature was wrong and service was bad. Since he wouldn't fix it, i asked him to take pepperoni off and id cook it through my self. He then proceeded to charge me for a pepperoni after it was packaged and when i asked why was i being charged for pepperoni and I'm purchasing cheese he told me “Dont ask for pepperoni next time just say cheese” i told him he had to change it to cheese because it was something obviously wrong with the oven. Ive purchased pizza before and it never looked the way it did. I have a video of him telling me it was nothing wrong when clearly something is wrong. I will never return to this subway. No wonder they dont have 5 stars.

Starting off honestly the subway is decent fast paced,for the most of it clean and good is good if u order in person.on one occasion I ordered through the app and and they didn’t toast my bread even though I wanted it toasted.secondly after accidentally placing my order at the wrong location while at work which was my fault I called 10 times and no one answered after working a 10 hour shift I came to ask if I could get a refund or get my sandwich remade bc I ordered it 5 hours before coming and yet the employee kept saying I have to wait until the morning to talk to a manager or get the old 5 hour sandwiches which was disappointing bc I wasted $20 on it I felt like a simple remake shouldn’t have been the resolution

I'm okay with the guy who is always there but this little lady was talking on her headpiece while hovering over my sandwich. Who knows if spit could've gotten in the sandwich because she didn't have a mask on. There are airborne viruses going around. In addition, she tried to charge a few extra dollars when I know exactly the price of the sandwich because it's the same sandwich every time. The guy came to adjust it so thank you to him. Still love my subway sandwiches.

Vegetarian options: You can turn anything at Subway into a vegetarian meal!
Dietary restrictions: Subway can be an extremely healthy place to eat and with all sorts of dietary conditions there is something on the menu for everyone!
Parking: There are not many parking spots here and it's not like it's a Subway where you'll sit down and eat! South side of Chicago! If you ain't from the south side more familiar with Chicago then don't visit the subway! If you are from Chicago absolutely visit the subway and pay it forward!
Kid-friendliness: Children would be safe here and at night time it's a little different don't be surprised if someone comes up and asked you for some change that's a normal thing in this part of town

Store clerk, male is increasing aggressive not friendly, doesn’t offer assistance. I walk inside and felt extremely unwelcome. If I could give the shop zero stars I would! Very Unprofessional.

Extremely bland , not welcoming at all, they have their own prices for every sandwich and the taxes are so high, I forgot to snap a pic of the veggies . 14.00 for a cold cut sandwich only .

I purchased a ham and onion footlong with cheese. it was delicious and made fast by the employee. but the location isn't in the best area because after I exited I was robbed at gunpoint for my Adidas and wallet. Good food but make sure to stay strapped if visiting this location. :)
