Hi 👋 I understand people are busy everywhere. Early this morning, at 3:31 a.m. on February 5, I was hungry and drove to this Subway after seeing on Google Maps that it was open 24 hours.
When I arrived, the shop was open — all the lights were on — but the door was locked. There was a staff member inside. I knocked and waited outside for more than 10 minutes. It appeared the person inside might have been asleep, though I’m not completely sure.
I’m not offended or upset. I just wanted to inform the owner so the store hours and availability can be checked to avoid confusion for customers.

I got a 6inch turkey sandwich last night during my break. Condiments were fresh but the bread tasted a week old, also I ordered a macadamia cookie that tasted stale

there food and ingredients need to be fresh. I bought a grilled chicken sandwich with spinach and cheese and it was horrible. When I bite into the sandwich, I instantly tasted something spoiled. I immediately threw the sandwich out. Now the next day, I feel sick as if I’m going to vomit.

Employee close store when it say 24/7 didn't want to open the door saying that they was close so missing out on sale will help the store I want to report the overnight worker who refused to open the door

When I goto subway, I prefer to dine in. It’s something about the smell of freshly baked bread, and veggies that I love! The veggie delight is amazing with vinegar and oil, a bag of cheddar SunChips, and an oatmeal raisin cookie!
Went into the subway ay 4:00 a.m., about 30 minutes ago. Stood in there for 20 minutes, knocked on the employee door and everything, no one ever came out to serve me. There was also a homeless person sleep on one of the benches inside which leads me to believe the person who was supposed to come to work never showed up. Never going there again.
