Food was not fresh at all. Young man was in the back for Atleast 4 minutes before assisting me and another customer that had been there for 3 minutes. We called out & said, “HELLOOO” . And someone finally came out. Wouldn’t recommend.

THE STAFF ARE ALWAYS HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. THE FOOD IS TASTY AND GOOD. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THEY NEED TO HAVE SECURITY ON THE PREMISES TO KEEP STAFF AND THEIR CUSTOMERS SAFE FROM RIFF RAFF. OTHER THAN THAT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SUBWAY.

Terrible...I was waiting 2ndin line..a clerk came I said I wanted footlong tuna...he was looking at a girl...asked me what I wanted so I repeated...I'm new to this...didn't know what type of bread is used ..he pointed to a empty rack...so I said wheat..he asked what type of meat j said no meat I want tuna..He asked again what type of meat....??? I said does meat come with tuna?...he said there's no tuna.....I just left...Terrible...

Cheap drinking straws...cut back on something else!!! Every time I go to a subway joint I'm given one of these cheap leaking straws. Think customer experience!!!! Nobody wants a straw that's cracked and leaking...
Soon as I walked in the door the pregnant employee says we don’t take coupons here. Then a man came from the back, asked to see coupons and said yea we do take these. They spoke to each other in another language then she started to take my order. She seem mad and I asked her was she mad cause I had a coupon, but she ignore me.

I don't know if this establishment decided not to do chopped salads but when I ordered one they stated that they don't have a chopping bowl or chopper. They also did not have spinach or avocoda/guacamole. I understand that working with the public is difficult, however, when this is the type of job you have chosen please be polite and courteous and most importantly patient when servicing customers that are patronizing/spending their money with your place of business in all communities.
It says open 24 hours and I know the 3 hours I go it's closed and people even pile up outside and they don't
