I wanted to share feedback Regarding my recent visit to your store. Yesterday around 11:00 AM I had a disappointing experience The employee at the counter was rude distracted On her phone, There were no cookies available. However I visited again today around 3:00 PM and spoke with the staff member named Swa. She was very polite attentive and provided excellent service I truly appreciate her professionalism and wanted to recognize her for turning my experience around.
This Subway is located on the southwest corner of the intersection of Chicago Ave., Milwaukee Ave., and Ogden Ave. There is parking behind the store. It was clean and well-maintained. The staff was efficient and friendly. The prices were just slightly higher than usual, and the menu is the same. We picked up a classic tuna sub to take home. The sub was fresh and tasty.
Not very good steak in the sub I had, literally had zero taste. Female employee helping me burped loudly behind the counter like 4 times and didn't even excuse herself when she did it. Also think I might have seen her eat pickles out of the package, not sure though. I won't be coming back to this location.
