It's dad I can not understand what's so hard about reading. I mean I'm ordering from work uber eats is always on time but the seem to miss s simple things that make my sandwich taste different. Guess I can't use this restaurant

I asked to use the restroom and the worker told me that there was not one, when I told her I was purchasing something she still said there was not bathroom. When I stated that in Illinois restaurants are mandated to have a working restroom for paying customers her story changed to “it’s broken”. The only reason I stepped foot in this subway to use the bathroom but I was very curious about the foot long pretzels they are now offering…While this establishment has a clean dining area. The women working was rude, I ordered a foot long pretzel and it was dry and when I asked for cheese she looked at me like I was crazy, I had to point at the sign until she offered the honey mustard that is supposed to come with. I had to pay an extra $.50 for it. *tip* go next door to the gas station to purchase nacho cheese*For anyone not aware of this mandate here it is:PUBLIC HEALTH(410 ILCS 39/) Restroom Access Act.??️

The other Subways are great I've been in a lot of them BUT This one on 43th and I-90 I've only been 2 times the first time the girl attendant tried to charge me more after I complained she said ""it was a mistake "" the second time I went and I gave my friend $10 bucks to get a 6 inch BMT and when he came back he only gave me 5 cents change (he didn't know better because he doesn't speak English) AND HE DIDN'T GET HIS RECEIPT anyhow I got very upset and went back to the subway place And complained the girl attendant didn't said anything BUT and older man came out (foaming out the mouth) and said a bunch of things and that my friend asked for ""Double everything"" when I told him That that's impossible because my friend DOESN'T SPEAK ENGLISH The man JUST SNAPPED AND SO I DID AND ASK FOR MY money back he gave me my money back and cursed me he even gave me the Sub that only cost $7 dlrs I wonder how many people THEY HAVE RIPPED OFF ANYHOW I DIDN'T TAKE THE SUB I JUST GOT MY MONEY AND WALK OUT OF THERE ONE THING I KNOW I'LL NEVER BE BACK TO THAT SUBWAY ?
If they don't start using fresh chicken for any sandwich that's a problem for me

Thought that a missing some of my sandwich (most meat is MISSING) was an inconvenience but now this is the 3rd time & paid for Avocado yet NON IS PUT, but was charged for ANY EXTRA requested. The only Positive is the Delivery is excellent Very disheartening As OTHER SUBWAYS NEVER SKIMP ON THE MEAT. I don’t even receive the Bacon that’s Part of original sandwich!
