I'm giving it a 5* for balance... And here's why, based solely on my experiences (though sounds like others have had very different ones, to say the least).
1) This isn't high dollar, amazing cuisine of Chicago (obviously) - it's a Subway for God's sake... meant to be relatively cheap, fast, and fresh. In these regards it's a pretty good version of Subway, many of which around the area/country are far worse
