The cashier /Server very rude ! A piece of hair on my sandwich I showed the cashier the hair , he grabbed my sandwich and assumed I was lying stating he couldn’t see the hair so I ask can he make it over because now he is talking over my food ! Upon making my 2nd sandwich he started throwing my ingredients on my food , bad customer service bad attitude

Let me start off first by saying the food is always fresh an the customer services haves been good so far my only thing today is for it to be early in the am an the store haves just open it’s no way the restroom should be nasty with pee an you know what everywhere!!! I told the worker that the restroom need some attention an he said yeah I know a never cleaned it. As a paying customer I should be able use a clean restroom that’s open to customers

I didn't like this place's atmosphere. I didn't know this side of Chicago, or if this is Chicago in general, had so much crime that everything had to be behind a bulletproof glass. The food and service was good. I wouldn't go back.

I will never again spend my money with subway! I was going to buy something and I asked can I use the restroom I was told no and need to ask nicely! I asked hey Imma order can I please use the bathroom? They gave me so much hell because of that they won’t get my money ever !!! I mean that!

I Went to subway on 59th and Ashland 02/27/2023 and I asked for the sub of the day which was a teriyaki chicken. She spoke in Spanish to a co-worker in the back and then start speaking in English and when proceeded making my sub. She shook the scooper so chicken fell off and then placed the rest of the chicken on my bread besides one piece. I inform her to put it back on my bread and she tells me that's the way it supposed to be. I am a regular customer who comes there mostly every day for lunch. That was my first time seeing her. I told her never mind, I do not want it and walked out. I tried calling multiple times to speak with the manager but no answer. The restaurant was empty beside one person sitting down eating. I will not be back again.
