I will never again spend my money with subway! I was going to buy something and I asked can I use the restroom I was told no and need to ask nicely! I asked hey Imma order can I please use the bathroom? They gave me so much hell because of that they won’t get my money ever !!! I mean that!

Worse subway I been to customer service sucks and they discounted giving out free water wow with a purchase of a meal at that than they speak Spanish when you say something very rude peoples

I Went to subway on 59th and Ashland 02/27/2023 and I asked for the sub of the day which was a teriyaki chicken. She spoke in Spanish to a co-worker in the back and then start speaking in English and when proceeded making my sub. She shook the scooper so chicken fell off and then placed the rest of the chicken on my bread besides one piece. I inform her to put it back on my bread and she tells me that's the way it supposed to be. I am a regular customer who comes there mostly every day for lunch. That was my first time seeing her. I told her never mind, I do not want it and walked out. I tried calling multiple times to speak with the manager but no answer. The restaurant was empty beside one person sitting down eating. I will not be back again.

decided to try breakfast on flatbread. Not impressed but you can expect excellence when you are pressed for time. The young lady whose name I failed to remember displayed excellent customer service skills.

I stop coming here. They would sometimes charge me $14 for 2 subways and sometimes $25. I always order the same thing how is this even possible?
