Gave me a 6 inch sub when i ordered a footlong onlie. They didn't even know if I order a bottled water or not. Pay attention to your orders. This is why we waste our time on the app, for you to look at it and get it right

This Subway is super convenient to Rush Hospital gives off “hospital level clean” vibes. I was starving after a long day at the hospital and this kept me from passing out. Thank you!

Rude employee, an older gentlemen with greying hair, will curse loudly at customers in Urdu. He will curse at you if you ask for a sandwich off the menu, he will curse at you if you try to build a sandwich, he will curse at you if you try to use the app, etc. Funnily enough, he is nicer to Rush employees, but he doesn’t remember who you are, he
just bases it off whether you wear scrubs or a badge, so I get wildly different service depending on whether I come in with a white coat or as a patient! So we got a guy plainly cursing at people in a foreign language at as this shop, making sandwiches nothing like the original order, and having employees skip ahead of other customers. It would be funny if the guy were not so rude!

Although I love turkey sandwich no matter where their from. Even though I liked this place, I wont return to this location even though I live five minutes across the street from it; since, they don't accept coupons. I can't afford their prices. Turkey sandwich they service on mondays, and I am not free on Mondays to go there.
They accepted it once but refused it today, saturday. possible reason is they don't has that much customer, so I left without buying anything since the only sandwich I like is turkey.

This is gotta be one of the worst subways I’ve ever been to. There’s zero point in the sandwiches having numbers on the sign because they don’t make the sandwich as it’s listed on the sign.

No one speaks English here. They don't even try to understand you. So you'll get the wrong sandwich. I asked for tuna. I got just veggies. I asked for NO hot peppers and he proceeded to put them on anyway. You have to put them in a headlock to get the right sandwich, apparently. Close the damn border.

Today I placed my order and I told them I have a gift card for the purchase and when I was ready to check out they didn’t even bother to scan the gift card they told me it doesn’t work !! Useless employees

The owner of this place has really bad customer service. I go here a lot because I work nearby. A few weeks ago, I had a big order for $175 for my colleagues, and I brought some coupons. The guy behind the counter, who might be the owner, said we could only use one coupon per person. I was okay with that and started placing my order with someone else. But he kept repeating the same rule three times while making my sandwich until I paid. I got upset at his rudeness and told the cashier I heard and accepted the rule the first time. The cashier laughed at his boss.Today, I went back and ordered two 6-inch subs, cookies, a footlong pretzel, coke, and chips. I asked for a shopping bag, and the same guy said they didn't have any, even though I could see bags hanging behind the counter.

I tried to come to this place 25 mins before closing time today this man turned me away but was making another persons order. Later that day I passed out because I hadn’t had anything to eat bc I’ve been working nonstop and I just needed something in my system. Had he just served me for 5 minutes I would’ve been okay. So spent the rest of my night in the ER. He lacked courtesy and respect and I hope this place gets shut down.

The little boy that make the sandwich with the black hat and bread is very rude. I tell him l don’t want brown chocolate chip cookies but the light brown ones. He put them black being rude. You don’t argue with the customers. I almost went there with him. He better be thankful I’m changing.
