I don't post reviews often, but I had to for this! It had been a long time since we had Subway, and we decided to stop in to this location while we were out for a walk. The gentleman working that evening was so nice, and made some of the most beautiful subway sandwiches I have ever seen. They tasted amazing as well. The store was clean and the food was fresh (this was later in the evening). Highly recommend!

I will start by saying that I carry out at 951 W Addison on daily bases. Every day I buy the same thing and my total comes out to $21 dollars. On Saturday August 23 2025 like arround 12:00 pm I stop by and purchase the same thing but this time my total was not $21 I was almost $26 dollars. The guy at the register whose name is Dileep was over charging me or trying to rob me. Not only was he very rude but also he made me the nastiest foot loons a have ever seen. I got to admit that during the week days the lady’s that work there are very polite and profecional at what they doo. I have a video of my interaction with this guy Dileep that I will update on Facebook soo u guys can see his attempt to overcharge me. So everyone be aware of his actions at this subway.

It is illegal for business owners and managers to take tips from their employees. Employees confirmed that they only get to keep cash tips and that all credit card tips are kept by the owners, which again, IS ILLEGAL.

I went to this specific subway only because the app said they were participating in the free footlong nachos promotional if you buy a footlong sub. When I get there, not only is my sandwich unmade but they tell me and another customer that they are actually NOT participating in the promotional. I had no way of knowing this because the app said they were. Then, they proceeded to forget to toast my sandwich and fault me for not requesting this when it was clearly stated on the receipt. The entire experience was very misleading and I wouldn’t recommend coming here for a promotional deal you see in-app.

Oh man this is a BAD subway. If you’re going here, know that you’re being purposefully shorted food! I worked at a subway for a couple of years recently so I know how these sandwiches are supposed to be made. I’ve been to this location a few of times because it’s near home, and everytime I have been skimped on meat. I would guess that it’s purposeful since it’s happened everytime I’ve been there, and with each meat on the sub, there is exactly one slice missing. It doesn’t seem like a lot, but if I’m paying for a sandwich, I’m expecting the entire sandwich lol. I asked for a sandwich to be remade and the worker got super pissed which is a nice cherry on top!

It's a Subway. Nothing special about it. The only reason I stopped in was I wanted something quick to eat before the Cubs game, and the other restaurants in the area would be too crowded to get anything quick. Other than that, there is no reason to go back.
