FOOD IS TERRIBLE AND THE SERVICE SUCKS WONT BE BACK.

This location is truly something special. The employees always treat you like a friend and even remember my order! Compared to every other subway I've been to this is top notch 10/10 would recommend.

Overall it was nice rocky was a chill guy and was very quick with my order also because of frequently ordering to his place he gave me a cookie for free. The only thing that they need to improve is the sauces and items that they put in the sandwich I guess they should increase them

Ive tried multiple subway and this one has to be my least favorite. as another reviewer stated they are very greedy when it comes to ordering online. Whenever i ask for extra of something like mayo or ranch they ALWAYS ignored it and barely added any... i could understand to some extent because its a busy location being on campus and all but still i woukd rather walk to another location then order online at this one because od how greedy with ingredients they are :(

The Gujarati guy is rude af. Whenever you place an online order, he think as if we eating for free. Even they putt less stuff in it. Worst subway ever

Ultimate scammers, all of them try charging you for extra things randomly, thinking I don't know how to do basic arithmetic. If you do, go make sure to ask for a receipt

Employees never get anything right

Refused to make any of the menu items requested IE foot long cookie, pretzel etc. This was a group of middle school students were visiting from Humboldt Park. These kids were overwhelmingly excited to be at UIC touring the college. What they were most excited about was getting out and eating, the staff treated them horribly and they ended up leaving discouraged. Shut this place down already! I’m sure another franchise with new owners could do better!! I’ve NEVER seen so many one star reviews.

On March 23, 2023My supervisor and I went to Subway to get a sandwich, she asked for the Italian Herb and cheese bread and was told they only had white or wheat. Even though one of our students had just gotten a sandwich on the Italian Herb and cheese bread, guess they didn’t want to give it to the African American woman. A customer came right behind us and got 6inch Italian, herb and cheese bread, and she wasn’t African American! This is terrible customer service and they need to not be racist. I’ll NEVER EAT FROM THEM AGAIN.
