If you want Food poisoning then eat here. Employees do not know how to handle food. They clean and mop floors than touch food. The girls cough on the food do not cover their mouth. For all the racist comments make sure you understand NO white people work here all hispanic

This hole-in-the-wall subway pissed me off throughout my entire experience. What do you mean I can’t have olives on the hot honey chicken sub, or even more surprising, what do you mean I can’t take off tomatoes….?! Even in Dubai, my subway experience was better. No wonder competitors in the fast food space are devouring this chain. I need consistency with these locations. I’m not at an exotic restaurant, I’m at an airport Subway. Get it right.

Rude staff and super racist. They change the tone (and language of course) when they serve people that match their ethnicity. They also don't accept online orders, and then make rules on the go while you're ordering (this sandwich cannot get this topping...etc)

This Subway did not pay attention to what I requested to be on the sandwich. Not only that, they gave extremely low portions of everything, barely anything at all. Furthermore, they incredibly overcharged and then added another two dollars on top of the base price for no reason (that was already ridiculous). To top it off there was a few strands of hair INSIDE the sandwich. Finally, The service was rude and they didn't care at all.

Do NOT eat here! They are selling sandwiches with spoiled ingredients. My onions tasted foul, like a sweet nasty rotten garbage foul. The steak tasted almost like bleach or something, I don't know but it was definitely way past what's safe to eat. It's strange because I've eaten here before with no issue, but as of lately apparently, they follow zero food safety regulations. Wish I could get my money back. Yuck!

It’s hard to express just how enraged I am by this absolutely disgraceful experience. The service was beyond incompetent—it was outright insulting. The staff? Utterly clueless, lazy, and devoid of any basic manners or professionalism. The portions were ridiculously small for the absurd prices they charge. I’ve never despised a Subway location more in my life. The audacity of these people to show up to work and deliver such a pathetic excuse for customer service is mind-boggling. If you can’t do your job properly, do us all a favor—leave and stop ruining people’s day. This place is a total embarrassment.

Unbelievably rude, I ordered a sandwich while making the sandwich I explained that I didn’t want green peppers and onions on my sandwich and the two ladies making them explained that if I didn’t want green peppers and onions that the sandwich came with that it was then a completely different sandwich and wouldn’t make it the way I wanted! This has to be something they are taught during training and is not right. The slogan for Subway in the early 2000s was “Have it Your Way”. Well, not in Chicago O’Hare!

In over 20 years of eating Subway I have never experienced this in my life! I was so upset I left midway of this young woman explaining all this to me while having an attitude at the same time. Maybe this is just service now, I guess I’m old and expect friendly customer service. Oh, and they expect a tip on top of that!

3 people are supposedly working there only 2 of them are gabbing ignoring me, the customer. The short girl started my order and finally the other girl started putting on her gloves still yapping away at her male coworker. I had to actually interrupt her to tell her what I wanted on my sandwich. Then I ask the male for napkins, he points to the EMPTY dispenser, then gets more out.
