Ordered a chicken teriyaki sandwich. Can you says it comes with double cheese did not get double cheese. I asked for jalapenos and spinach and this is what I got. Also got a soda and everything came up to 19 something basically 20. Lazy way of making it and they put a No Refunds or Exchanges. Call sales are final tags because they most likely mess up the sandwiches a lot. And a lot of the sandwiches are not very satisfying. Genuinely hate that I got served like this. Honestly though it's on me for even paying for this crap.

I purchased a sandwich from this Subway, the person who was making the sandwich was rude along with the person at the cash register.
I asked the person at the cash register for a plastic bag, and he refused to that as well.
The sad part is that I'm an airline employee who buys frequently at that place, and for almost 3 years now Subway didn't bother to do anything about these employees.

I purchased six , 6in sandwiches and the manager was being VERY snotty about giving us 3 cups of water!!!!!!!

Bought two different types of sandwiches.. As it is located inside the airport, I waited little longer than normal subways, Otherwise the service was good and the sandwiches are delicious!

I ordered a 6” with only two slices of pepperoni but got 4” of bread and was up charged for an Italian BMT because they “can’t only charge for pepperoni” which I wasn’t told until I reached the check out counter. Not sure why they didn’t charge a Veggie Delight + side of pepperoni? I had to ask for extra lettuce 3 times because they only put a tiny pinch on each time. And I open my sandwich to find fuzz cooked into the bread. Unbelievable.

Employees act like toppings are coming out of their paychecks. I asked for more spinach and she literally added ONE LEAF. Go literally anywhere else in ORD

If you want Food poisoning then eat here. Employees do not know how to handle food. They clean and mop floors than touch food. The girls cough on the food do not cover their mouth. For all the racist comments make sure you understand NO white people work here all hispanic

This hole-in-the-wall subway pissed me off throughout my entire experience. What do you mean I can’t have olives on the hot honey chicken sub, or even more surprising, what do you mean I can’t take off tomatoes….?! Even in Dubai, my subway experience was better. No wonder competitors in the fast food space are devouring this chain. I need consistency with these locations. I’m not at an exotic restaurant, I’m at an airport Subway. Get it right.

Rude staff and super racist. They change the tone (and language of course) when they serve people that match their ethnicity. They also don't accept online orders, and then make rules on the go while you're ordering (this sandwich cannot get this topping...etc)
