I went to buy half of a Subway and there was a hair on the lettuce and I went to tell a lady who was serving, she is short and a little big, the lady was very angry and told me that she had nothing and I showed her where the hair and he just said ok and he took it and threw it in the trash. I was very angry and he made me another one and gave it to me but in a way he almost threw it at me. Maybe you see why I'm Hispanic he treated me like that and when I was leaving he just yelled at me. sorry I just told him not to worry and left

The attention from the lady who runs the place has a very bad attitude, I also ordered a soda and with a bad look she looked at my children asking how many sodas we had grabbed.??? I clarified that only one who thinks I'm going to steal a soda...?? Because of such a bad attitude and terrible service, they lose customers and close these types of places.!!!!

I am a French tourist I come from Paris. Being a mother on 04/08/24 at 6:57 p.m. I asked a waitress if I could wash my hands to feed my baby. She asked me for $12 WHAT A SHAME I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND HER THIEVES.
What a bad image of the subway and of America!!!
Never come and eat there they have no respect besides there were only two people the store was empty that says a lot.

Bill was $13+ some change , gave them $100 and I was told they have no change to give back ,?‍♂️, nowhere did it say “no $100 bills “ or “cards only “ , I even insisted to add $4 in singles and told them to give me $90 back to make it easier but i was still refused to pay with cash .

I had lunch there today order a turkey long foot sandwich!! Turkey tasted kind of funny, but I was so hungry I smashed it. Hour later my stomach was killin me I had diarrhea almost ? shited on my self never again !!!

I ordered a vegetarian sandwich, I didn't ask for cheese, then the lady there just put too much lettuce, and when I asked for extra jalapeno, she didn't want to... She said it's just six slices. I had to remind her I didn't even ask for cheese. Then I didn't even bother to ask for extra olives. This has never happened to me before at a subway, even overseas in poorer countries. So my sandwich was lettuce and spinach only. The bread was old, very chewy, hard to eat. The worst experience in a subway.

I ordered for pickup through mobile app and got someone else’s sandwich as mine…. Couldn’t even eat it, and I had vomiting from my disgust of olives… did survey to let them know, owner did nothing to make it right…. I paid for a sandwich that made me sick and wasn’t chicken teriyaki with everything EXCEPT banana peppers and olives, and I got some “Italian” type WITH SO MANY BANANA PEPPER AND OLIVES… I should do chargeback and dispute the charge on my card. This was my favorite subway, but definitely not anymore.

Placed an order online for the flbogo, walked into the store as the lady was making the sandwiches and asked if only the bread on 1 could be toasted. She started to explain that they were already toasted with the meat, etc and she'd get in trouble if making another sandwich. Allowing her to proceed, the cashier comes over and asks what the problem is, I repeat myself then ask if they can remove the top layer and I'd pay for extra. He cops an attitude saying they'll get into trouble, I say I'll just place another order and he can make that one. The smarta$$ grabs the receipt and shows the top of it, where there's a comment box. Told him that's great it's at the top of that receipt, where is it online. He had no clue. Big attitude, gave it right back to him then asked him to excuse himself from my conversation because I hadn't been talking to him. Granted she had no clue of where the additional comments section was online, we found it together so now life's great! Asked her if he usually inserts himself into conversations when he's not being spoken to, she smirked a little so I'm assuming so ?

Ordered a couple sandwiches online. Arrived early. The guy started making the wrong sandwich. Then, came with the wrong bread. I corrected him politely. Went to the bathroom so I would not hover. I could tell I was making him uncomfortable. He made both sandwiches incorrectly. I asked for light mustard, the sandwich paper was soaking to the touch and the toasted bread was soggy. The half of the six inch I ate was not good. My other sandwich was toasted which ruined it for the person eating it. Just an awful experience. Do not go here.
