We are at the northwestern hospital we tried to order food from Subway meanwhile while I'm trying to order food I was refused my order how I wanted it I was told I couldn't have it despite the fact that I wanted to pay whatever differences that needed to be paid they begin to talk in their language amongst each other I recognize some of the language was offensive towards my culture and my nationality they gave racist blatant disrespect to myself and the person that I was with I'm going to take this matter up with corporate I know the difference because the Caucasian woman that was behind me they were very friendly and lovely towards her but when it came down to my African-American skin they were loud disrespectful and combative it was a horrible experience and I believe that these two should never be given access to work in the public
Asked me about what to put on the sandwich like six times at each stage, then somehow managed to invert literally everything I said. A footlong flatbread with pepper jack, banana peppers, and jalapeños became a cold steak six inch with american cheese, onions, and... onions again? And it was $16.
Sandwich was good and had a generous amount of ham, employee was a little rude though.
My parents owned several Subway restaurants and I have an affinity for them.
They won't even make exceptions for patients diets. Didn't even get food left and the people that run it are EXTREMELY RUDE.
This place is so rude and unprofessional, I had a online order and was missing my drink and chips and the person hung up on me and never answered the phone. Remind you I am a patient in the hospital, will never order from them again.
I know they try to give you as little meat as possible but damn. This location is basically in a hospital and the service and portions should be way better it’s just a shame.

The worker there use his bare hand to fill in the tuna sandwich. I saw him myself.

Didn't listen to what I wanted and didn't speak up for me to hear what they asked. I have to come back to these hospitals near the location, but I will not be feeding my family here. The hospital food is better anyway!

Ordered online and said order would be complete by 7:55pm. I arrive at 8pm and employee shows me a receipt asking if it was mine. Order was not mine and instead show him my app where it’s states my order and receipt. Employee ignores it and continues with new customers. 15 mins go by and shows me another receipt and again it’s not my order. I try to show him my order again but quickly walks away instead. Another 15 go by and I’m completely ignored and employee states something about a manager. To this point I wasted half my lunch time waiting and decided to leave.

Another "not my first time here, but first Google Review" for this place! Service fell off here during the night. Recently visited on a Friday night after dinnertime. I wish the customer service was as good as their sandwiches. Sandwich Artist was pleasant but the gentleman who rang me out was a bit cold and rude. Rang me out and did not give me my receipt after it printed, and walked away.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. The employee during the night shift is extremely rude. I tried to call and tell them about my order and they hung up on me. After multiple tries of calling back, they refuse to answer the phone.
