Ordered online and said order would be complete by 7:55pm. I arrive at 8pm and employee shows me a receipt asking if it was mine. Order was not mine and instead show him my app where it’s states my order and receipt. Employee ignores it and continues with new customers. 15 mins go by and shows me another receipt and again it’s not my order. I try to show him my order again but quickly walks away instead. Another 15 go by and I’m completely ignored and employee states something about a manager. To this point I wasted half my lunch time waiting and decided to leave.

Another "not my first time here, but first Google Review" for this place! Service fell off here during the night. Recently visited on a Friday night after dinnertime. I wish the customer service was as good as their sandwiches. Sandwich Artist was pleasant but the gentleman who rang me out was a bit cold and rude. Rang me out and did not give me my receipt after it printed, and walked away.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. The employee during the night shift is extremely rude. I tried to call and tell them about my order and they hung up on me. After multiple tries of calling back, they refuse to answer the phone.

This place is horrible! I ordered from this restaurant and they put ranch on my sandwich (which I do not like by the way), I politely told them I do not like ranch and the worker told me well there is nothing they can do about it! I then ask for a refund and he also refused. As a customer who patronizes this restaurant, this was extremely unacceptable. I will not be going back and I advise everyone else to not return as well.

The guy that made my salad today (BMT) and footlong turkey did an amazing job, especially compared to the weirdos on State St. Everything was fresh and thoughtfully made. Just a great experience. Thanks!

They always run out of certain toppings , meats and sauces even drinks and won’t replace the drink cartridge even after I ask politely because that was the only reason I bought a cup was for a specific drink. I went to get a refill of my drink and they said no that I can only fill my cup once even though I was in the store the whole time. night shift acts as every little thing your taking from them ( they made my refill such a big deal like I’m stealing and made me pour it out ) and charge you for getting refills I even showed them a statement online that subway allows refills but they chose to ignore me. They also have given me the incorrect cookie multiple times when I have it delivered. Horrible customer service.

Used to eat here, got sick once and figured it was a fluke. Well, I just got sick again and will ever eat subway again. Bloating, stomach pain, followed by a fever with nausea and diarrhea lasting for 2 days. Absolutely miserable. Eat here at your own risk.

Horrible service, my first and last time going. They’re rude and give the smallest portions for the toppings. I asked for spinach and I’m not kidding when I tell you they gave me 4 pieces of spinach on my 6 inch sandwich. I know people like it cause it’s cheap and fast but I won’t go back. It’s not worth it. You can get a value duet from Panera for the same price.

I do not like this subway. They consistently screw up orders unless you stand over them and watch. No to mention they have the same girl over and over again at the start of the line who is ALWAYS rude and wants to rush you through your order. This location also rarely ever participates in the deals that subway gives out. Ridiculous. Do better and get rid of your rude employees please.
